Enjoy fantastic views from the 45 ft balcony of our 11th floor, 1600 sq ft, 3 bedroom corner unit. We offer high speed fiber optic wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, outdoor grills, a hot tub and 2 pools (adult & kids) for our guests to enjoy. Inside our condo, all the rooms have 9 ft ceilings with sliding glass doors to the huge balcony. FAMILY AND CHILDREN FRIENDLY. Great nearby shopping, restaurants, and super markets. On site restaurant, spa, beauty shop and health club.
Savor the awesome views of the white sugar sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf to the south, and Choctawhatchee Bay and the beautifully landscaped Seascape Golf Course to the north.
Surfside offers 24 hour security, convenient covered parking, and a huge heated pool.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a large master bath with a tub/shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two brand new double beds and offers a full bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom is actually a lockout and offers lots of privacy. This bedroom suite is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and it offers two full beds, a bath with a shower, and a separate balcony overlooking the Seascape Resort golf course and Choctawhatchee Bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as a dining area. Just bring some food essentials and make yourself at home!
The pool deck at Surfside features a huge heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, sauna, and showers for your convenience. The amenities at Surfside also include a sport deck with tennis courts as well as an area for basketball and volleyball. From pools there is access to the beach without crossing any roads.
There is something for everyone to do - relax and unwind, dine out at a local restaurant, go golfing, take a deep sea fishing trip, and don't forget to do some shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer factory outlet.

This place and the location are wonderful. Beautiful beach with Bar and walking distance to stores and ice cream. Also the restaurant on site is great with good sushi. Family loves Miramar Beach and crab island. Will definitely be back.

Great location.
Great location for the music festival, the beach and restaurants. Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Beds were very comfortable.

Fishing Trip
Nice large unit with lots of beds. Worked well for 6 of us on a fishing weekend.

Great stay! The condo was so bright and beachy and had everything we needed! Nice to have beach chairs and boogie boards as well as beach towels! The property was safe with codes to get into the building. The view was incredible from the porch and we would stay again !

Family vacation
Perfect location for a family vacation! Rental was large and accommodating for our whole group. Owners were very easy to work with and provided incredible details prior to check in! We loved our stay!

Great stay
We had an amazing stay! Weather was great, beach chair umbrella/ chair rentals was easy, great bar/ restaurant on the beach. Great location! Walkable to many things to do. Owners communicated well. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Destin Spring Break
A few friends and myself decided to stay here for our final college spring break. The place was very spacious for five people and had a great location. It was a very short walk to the beach.

It was very nice and loved that we didnt have to drive to the beach or walk across the traffic. The rooms were great and clean and spacious. The only complaint i have is that the hot tubs were not working out by the pools and that was one reason we chose this location and were not told this.

Perfect Location for large group
Perfect location but little dated condo. However check-in and host communication was great! Recommend for large family/friend groups due to plenty of space!

Very Clean!
We enjoyed our stay! A little confusion about checking in early, but Charlie got us in quickly. The unit is outdated, but I don’t mind because I’m there for the beach, not the room. The tv in the room off to itself didn’t work because it appeared the outlet was bad. It was very clean upon arrival. Easy walk to the beach! I would stay here again!

Very pleased
We just returned from a weeklong stay at this unit. No major complaints; it was well-suited for our family stay (4 adults, 3 children). The location is good; the amenities are great. Nice pool w/ outdoor deck bar; convenient bridge direct to beach -- w/ umbrella/chair service! Owners are good to work with. If we return to Destin in the future, we would stay here again if available.

Miramar Stay
The Condo was a great size for my family. Just an issue with the rolling closet doors, no big deal. The beach was a little over crowded.

Golf for all variety of players, some championship and others for the normal hacker, but all enjoyable and affordable with very little wait time. Many good tennis players in the area. Best fishing in the South with a reputation for wonderful catches.
