Sleeps 12 with beautiful big porches upstairs and down. There is plenty of off road parking for your cars and boat trailer. The en-suite master king room as well as a King room on the lower level have sliding doors to the lake. The Sunsets are beautiful!

The Moe Zone is 6 miles/15 minutes south on route #54 from Penn Yan and 5 minutes to "TheOnleyPlace". The cottage is on the quiet lower east lake road. A 40' dock accommodates most boats and is 8' deep at the end with exceptional swimming. There is also a small walk- in beach area for young children. Many guests enjoy exceptional fishing off the dock.
