The master bedroom has a tuft and needle mattress with a custom made king bed and private bathroom. Soak in the 1930's cast iron bathtub and step out onto the original pink tiles. The second bedroom has a luxurious tuft and needle queen bed, a desk and wraparound windows. (Please note: you need to walk through the kid's bedroom to access the second bedroom.) The cheerful kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle. Kids room is loaded up with books, board games and simple toys. Newly constructed second bathroom off of the laundry area with shower and skylight. Original coal shed has been restored into a game room with colorful lighting, full-sized antique pool table, beer fridge and AC. The cottage is almost 100 years old and while fully renovated you can expect squeaky floors, sticky doors and an uncommon layout with all its original charm and character. We are located just across from a vibrant desert wash in a small town so it's very common to see javelina, coyotes, skunks, raccoons, quail, various birds as well as bees, butterflies, spiders, snakes and many other creatures on our street or in our yard.

Charming historic neighborhood, 10 min to Jerome, 20-40 min to Sedona, 8-min to Old Town Cottonwood, 5-min walk to Historic Clarkdale, 5 min to the Verde River. Constructed between 1920-1930 by Senator Clark to service the workers at the Copper Smelter that was relocated from Jerome.

Walking the neighborhood is wonderful. We have 2 x parking spaces in the service alley (one has a 220v outlet for EV charging). We have 2 x parking spaces in front of the home. 5 mins to verde river and Old Town Cottonwood, 10 mins to Jerome and 20-30 mins to Sedona.

Very quiet neighborhood no outdoor noise after 9 PM.
