Welcome to our lodge. We invite you to come and enjoy our vacation rental. Our goal is to create a place where you can relax and be refreshed. You will find yourself out in the middle of Amish Country, where the horses in the pasture are happy to great you. Enjoy our wicker venue on the front porch, watch the horse and buggies go by. Our spacious area was the business of Country View Wicker for 22 yrs. We are sisters and grew up on the farm down the road.
The space
You will find our place handicap accessible for anyone with disabilities. The one bedroom has a queen with master bath. Second bedroom has a king with daybed and pullout twin pop up trundle. The main bathroom has the shower and toilet with handicap bars. There is a sofa bed in the main area that has an electric pump for the mattress. Stocked kitchen with a dining table that extends. Washer and dryer for you to use.
Other things to note
Enjoy the many things in the area to do. Charm is only 4 miles where Charm Pizza is a great place to eat or order delivery. Charm is also the home of Keim Home Center. Baltic, Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek and Berlin are less the 25 minutes with lots of shopping and dining options.

Absolutely Wonderful

What a wonderful experience from the time we arrived until we left. What a beautiful home and neither! We both have stayed at other homes but have never stayed at one that was so clean! The owners were so wonderful and welcoming. We went to relax and that we did! I would highly recommend, and I know we will both go back with our families!

Wandering Widows

We are four widows who love to travel. The stay was absolutely wonderful! As we walked into the home, it was warm and inviting. The Christmas tree and mantle lights were on🎄We went to a play at the Ohio Star Theatre, It’s A Wonderful World, played cards, shopped and had some great Amish food. Our hosts were very hospitable, we would definitely stay again!

Great time away!

This house is in a great location and is beautiful. Very clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and throws available. Having the electric fireplace was nice. Kitchen and all furnishings are modern and very pretty. View is nice as well. were modern

Great place to stay

Very roomy, beautifully decorated, great communication with owners. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds & quiet but close to all attractions. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful Getaway

We have stayed many places in Holmes County. This was simply the best. We had visited this home many times when it was a wicker store. It was neat to see how they converted it. I could go on and on about how nice it is but I won't. If you are thinking about staying here just do it. I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Country Setting

This house is well decorated, has charm, and is spacious. My wife and I and another couple enjoyed the comfort and especially the beautiful vista looking across the street. With the autumn leaves showing their colors, the view was so nice. For those staying when it’s a bit warmer, the covered front porch is so inviting with a porch swing, various sitting areas and nicely decorated. Also, it’s nice to be in the country away from the crowds and even enjoy watching many horses and buggies go by on occasion. We would most definitely stay again and we highly recommend. Thank you to the owners for such a lovely stay!

This definitely is a home away from home. The property owners are delightful! The home is updated and fresh!! Beautiful decor! The bedrooms are separated which is nice. Furniture is so nice and spaced out and roomy! The front porch is lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the horse and buggies go by. The view out front is spectacular. Lots of plug-ins and even phone chargers. If you are coming to watch TV, you will not find that (which we knew prior to going)--it was actually nice!! This will become our annual place to stay if available--and we would be willing to switch up dates just to stay. :) Thank you, Verna and Esta!

Awesome!

This rental property is the perfect place to experience Holmes County. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, yet you are close enough to all of the excellent shopping in the Berlin area. The property is immaculate and the porch is cozy and comfortable. We will definitely return!

Amish Country heaven

Took my wife and in-laws to Holmes County, Ohio for the holiday weekend and stayed at this “Country View” cottage. Clean, quiet, spacious, and within 15 to the hotspots of Holmes County without being in the middle of it!

It was wonderful!

Upon entering the house, we were pleasantly suprised. It was so clean and very spacious! We were able to enjoy our family time at the house and the local areas. We said that we would like return to this same house some time again.

A perfect place!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously and are already looking forward to our next visit. It was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was as described and better. We were so comfortable. There is so much space in all rooms. From the flowers and front porch, to the kitcjen, bedrooms, andnbathroom, we were pleasantly surprised at the welcoming home. Trip with mom and dad

My husband and I came to Amish country with my parents. We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was great! It was very clean, well equipped and decorated beautifully. The location was great as well. It was a short drive to the Amish Theater and Walnut Creek grocery store. Our favorite part was sitting on the front porch, with our coffee, listening to clip clop as the buggies went by.

Sisters trip.

This was an excellent place. Beautiful house. Loved sitting on the porch watching the animals and the amish neighbors and there daily life. Lots to do close to the house. Great shop with in walking distance.
