A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the attractions in downtown Sugarcreek. The property has plenty of outdoor space for children and adults with access to outdoor games upon request. With ample outdoor entertainment space, this is the perfect place for your family while you visit Sugarcreek. There is a shared private gym located in the detached garage, you may request access to use the gym, if you desire. We provide an assortment of continental breakfast items, contactless check-in and check-out. We are located 8 miles from I-77 and minutes from Walnut Creek, Berlin, Charm and Mt. Hope.

A cute little house with nice porch in a peaceful area...was a perfect landing spot for us while we were out & about all day doing activities. It was clean & had what we needed for our family of 5

100% Breakfast and Snacks were a HUGE pleasure to have already prepared for US. And Parking was perfect, no worries at all with great area and safe area.

This is our third summer staying at grandmas place and we are already excited to book for next year. This place is the absolute best! From the moment you walk in you feel at home. The house is absolutely spotless and so comfortable. There are tons of snacks., cereals, homemade frozen breakfast bowls and burritos, milk, water and coffee. We also grilled burgers on the grill this time! Earney the property mgr is always so friendly and helpful and close by when needed. Our kids love going to play with the toys that are there as well. We always look forward to our yearly visit!

Very quiet and safe area. Easy walk to the Main Street. The house is clean and one floor. Only steps are the ones going from the parking area to the covered porch. It was a wonderful place to stay.

The house is beautiful! The hosts are great! Covered furnished porch, fire pit with wood available, outdoor grill, picnic table with umbrella all were fantastic. The extras the host have in the house are a really nice touch. Breakfast casseroles, burritos, cereal, milk, all kinds of granola and snack bars, coffee and k cups, games, books and so much more. I highly recommend this beautiful house! The country side is amazing and so many shops from Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek, Berlin and Millersburg! Thank you so much for letting my mom and I stay for the week!

Grandma's Place was a great place to stay for 6 people, although 2 have to sleep on the couch that makes out into a bed. The whole place was clean and everything we needed to stay there was provided including bottles of water amd snacks. We usually do not take off our shoes when we stay somewhere, but none of us had a problem taking them off at the door, that is how clean the house was. Breakfast was provided in the freezer ready for us to put in microwave, even though we did not eat there. Some of us do not like sausages. The house was easy to find and had easy parking. Great outdoor seating with room to move around. We are already talking about staying there again. Great job Kevin!!

Loved this place. Super clean, loved the snacks. Burritos were delicious and such a nice thing to do for your guests. Loved the location and plenty of parking. Liked that we could back up close to steps to pack up our stuff. Easy to lock and unlock door. Will stay here again.

a great place to stay

The house was very nice and clean. We loved the frozen breakfasts. It was centrally located for our trip and We would stay there again if given the chance.
