The cabin is located at the end of a dead end street with a few other friendly neighbors. To respect them, there is absolutely no partying and no noise after 10pm. We thank you in advance for abiding by these rules.
Salmon River Cabin has it all. Located at the end of the road and nestled along the Salmon River on 1.5 acres, there is something for everyone.
A wall of windows opens onto a huge deck for entertaining, which is also where you will find the very large hot tub that seats 8-10 along with an enclosed outdoor shower.
The yard is private and has room for everything you may want to do. There is room for your game of frisbee, wiffle ball, bocce ball, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or a short stroll down to our amazing swimming hole, which has its own beach and lawn chairs to sit and watch the river roll by. There is plenty of safe space for exploring or just being by yourself.
The house boasts a new kitchen with an open feel so the cook can stay connected to the guests. The living room looks out over the deck and yard and has a propane fireplace and stereo with iPod connection while the den/TV Room has a wood-burning stove. The first floor has an open floor plan with lost of space for people to gather, laugh and play games. There is also a laundry room and full bath on the first floor. The house has bocce ball and board games galore.
The bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom (with attached bath) has a King and two Twins (not bunk beds). The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and a twin over full bunk bed.
Salmon River Cabin is the place to go when you want privacy, nature and seclusion, while still being easy to get to and close to everything you may wish for.

We had a great stay at this charming cabin. Enjoyed cooking meals together and relaxing in the hot tub each night after taking advantage of all the incredible hikes nearby!I would recommend this property to anybody!

We loved our stay! The beds were so comfortable and we slept so well! Loved the hot tub, view, being surrounded by the mossy trees and nature. Very quiet area perfect for a family to unwind and relax. Had a great trip to the snow as well with a cozy fireplace to come back to. Thank you for sharing your cabin with our family!

We had a board retreat here and it was perfect! Great location, a lot of separate spaces to chill when you needed to think but a nice living room where we could all do our work together and a huge table where we could eat together. The setting is amazing!

Hot tub clean tv a little bit of problem trail needs a little work but would rent again as we had fun nice quite location.

Very well equipped home. Nice location. Just a little further from the river than I thought. Tons of beds/sleeping options. Would definitely rent again

Great location
The home is close to the ski areas and very convenient. It’s located on a lovely piece of property right on the creek. Very relaxing.

We had the best girls trip! River is 5 minute walk away and had a semi private swim hole. We loved the rustic feeling of the house and of course the hot tub! We will definitely be back. We accidentally locked ourselves out after arriving, and the owner was responsive and helped us get into the house within 5 minutes.

Fun way to spend new years eve
Had a great time. Everything was clean and beautiful view. Beds are comfortable too.

Lovely stay in the woods
We loved frolicking in the river, hot tubbing under the stars, and snuggling near the fire to watch Netflix! Huge house with everything you would need.

Great place to stay.
It was a great cabin for us. Lots of room stayed cool even when the temperatures were in the 90s. Only thing i would chand is the grill needs to have a deep cleaning and gas elements replace.

Amazing riverside property
Great place for a family or a small group to get together! Had lots of beds and spaces to chat. Just know if the weather is going to be warm that you need to bring some fans.

Great Cabin, close to river and trails
We had a great time at this cabin. We love the access to the river, the fire pit, comfortable beds and great hot tub. Very cozy and comfortable cabin with privacy but also access to grocery store and the wilderness. Glamping at it's finest! Thanks Chris!

Secluded but close to everything
We enjoyed our girl’s weekend at the cabin. We loved the peace and tranquility of the Forrest, the hot tub, the deck and lights and the welcome by Daisy, the neighbors dog. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Would stay again!

Relaxing House Salmon River
Property is beautiful. We walked out to the river which was so relaxing. Hot tub was so nice even thogh it was cold out. House is very clean. The beds are so comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could need. Host is very responsive.

Nice cabin, very quiet
The host/owner was a great communicator. The place isn’t completely secluded, but it is off the beaten path and very quiet. You can hear the river in the background. Everything works. Thanks for a nice stay!

Wedding weekend
We loved the property....very quiet, enjoyed the outside firepit, a bit icy but yhe hot tub was enjoyable, and the river was awesome. Had great sleep, a little surprised that all bedrooms were upstairs but no issue for our group. Wedding at Zigzag Falls and dinner at Timberline was so much fun.

Cabin in the woods.
Clean and very comfortable house with plenty of room for our family gathering (5)adults. The hot tub was wonderful and the owner was very responsive to my calls with questions. Beds are a little soft for my taste but others in our party found them quite comfortable.

We bought this cabin initially because my wife and I fell in love with the property. It is magical here. Its private with places to explore, swim and play. A creek that runs behind the yard that allows for fun and games, along with a forest to explore and the best swimming hole on the Salmon River. We redid the cabin to match the property--warm and open and a fun place to entertain. It really meets the needs of our family and our guests. We have made some amazing family memories and hope you do the same.

Relaxation, this place is quiet and yet close to all the activities you want on a get away. It is within walking distance to golfing and professional croquet, close to year round skiing, hiking and mountain biking. We have used this as a base for white water rafting or fishing expeditions as well.
