We had a wonderful time with the Timberline Rim community. We have stayed before in the neighborhood and it is a gem. The streets are quiet and safe. The home sits across the street from the community pool, tennis court and swings. We had a very relaxing stay and would stay again.

This home was nice and spacious with plenty of natural lighting, which gave an atmosphere that was easy to relax in. The hot tub was a delight for the family to lounge in. The kitchen was open and easy to navigate. We appreciated being right across from the community pool and tennis courts (thanks for providing racquets!). All in all, a great home to bring your family to -- plenty to do in the area, close to the amazing Skyway (their brisket is ridiculous!), and close to the Skibowl, with a multitude of activities to enjoy.

The property had all we needed, and was perfect for a weekend with my adult children. It is close to several great restraunts as well as Mt Hood.

Great stay! Home is as advertised and was stocked well with everything we needed including extra firewood, kiddo friendly dishes and flatware, and plenty of space for a small family stay. The hot tub was a great feature with the deck all around it and outside lighting. My kids loved it!

Fantastic Stay

I stayed with 6 of my extended family. The house was beautiful and had some nice amenities to it. The neighborhood was quiet, the hot tub was a huge plus. The house was well equipped with what we needed, and our hosts were very responsive whenever I had questions. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will absolutely be looking here

Lovely getaway in a nice location

Though the property wasn't as private as we were hoping for (in a neighborhood), it was very nice to have the river right across the road, and multiple trails to get down to a private space. The home itself was perfect for our group. Very clean, with all the things we needed for the weekend. Communication with the renters was easy and fast, and they were helpful with accommodating questions and needs. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The host was quick to respond with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with a good amount of cookware and dishes/bowls. Loved that there was a vacuum to keep up on all of the pine needles. There were a lot of people walking in the neighborhood, some with dogs on a leash and some not. Comfy bed!

Clean with a lot of space. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment for cooking meals and bed was comfortable. The hot tub was clean and operational. Used every night during our stay. Super close to restaurants and activities. The only issue we had was the fridge water dispenser did not work, and the tap water tasted weird. However, this did not impact our stay, as there was a grocery store 10 min away. Would definitely recommend!

The owners were very informative with the check in process and had good instructions in the home. The home was nice overall. It’s in a great neighborhood right by the community pool. During our stay we had an issue with small ants throughout the house. The owners were very responsive to the concern and brought ant traps the same day. The floors were not fully clean so we vacuumed, swept and mopped to see if that would help with the ant issue which it did. The kitchen wasn’t as clean as you would expect it be either so we couldn’t keep food on counters due to the ants. Other reviews raved about the cleanliness which is one of the reasons we chose this place.
