MINIMUM AGE
We require at least one person over the age of 21 to reserve. Guests found breaking this condition will be required to leave the property, and no refund will be given.

PETS are NOT permitted on the property.

We will not tolerate ILLEGAL or ILLICIT ACTIVITY.

TRASH
Trash collection days will be posted within the home for your review. Trash must be placed in the bins provided and must be taken to the end of the driveway by 7:00 am of collection day (Monday/Recycling/Black bin with yellow lid - Tuesday/Garbage/Grey bin). Trash bins must be pulled back by the night of collection day and placed out of sight (within the trash enclosure on the side of the garage).

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM OR AFTER ON THE FIRST DAY & CHECK-OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10:00 AM LAST DAY. Any changes to the time made without a prior arrangement with the homeowner, including early occupancy or late departure from the home, will be subject to ONE EXTRA DAY'S RENTAL. Early check-in or late check-out is NOT guaranteed, and a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
