Main living area is on the second floor, up one interior staircase.

This was a great property. Everything you could need was already included. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The updated bathrooms were beautiful. I look forward to staying here again.

Selena was super friendly and the bathrooms were fully updated, which was a nice surprise. She had beach wagon, towels, toys for the kids and beach chairs, kids had a great time at the beach. We are talking about staying next year.

This is like a private house that we can stay for a week ( with all the comfort and amenities). House is ideally situated between the beach and the stop & shop supermarket. The house is surrounded by a lot of old trees , which cool the veranda and the whole house. All things are there as described ( all kitchen equipped, laundry room , A/C , etc …) The host is very responsive and courteous. We have 6 beach passes. We will come back , diep

Excellent location, very comfortable and quiet!We had a wedding in Long Beach, and this fabulous home was perfect for my family! Would highly recommend! Also, Selena was fantastic! She made our stay so enjoyable. She provided extras that were a nice, thoughtful touch! Thank you, Selena!!!!

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home served our needs well. There is plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is close to both the beach and many shops and restaurants and the LIRR. The off-street parking was very much appreciated. We attended a wedding a little further east on Long Island, and we had easy access to the highways. Thanks, Selena, for a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful
Selena was a fantastic host and we absolutely loved our stay! The home was spacious, super clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we could ask for - kitchen, games, towels, beach gear, We are a family of five and had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and walks to the nearby beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend- we’ll definitely return!

Perfectly relaxing and close to boardwalk/beach! Selena did an excellent job decorating; the new bathrooms are gorgeous. Wish we had more time to stay there. Would definitely go back again when I could spend more time. She was such a gracious host and very easy to reach when needed. The house was in great condition and no problems at all. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay love sitting out on the front porch listening to the birds.

Lovely house in quiet, residential neighborhood
Selena was a gracious host. Her house was a great location to the beach and beautiful boardwalk. Three friends were very comfortable there. Great well equipped kitchen and lovely porch/deck. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms are dated but fine for us.

Great House!
We loved our stay. The house was a perfect size for our group of 6 and we enjoyed all of the space for relaxing both indoors and out. We all loved the newly installed outdoor teak shower. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and spend days at the beach. Host was very nice, responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Charming and cozy stay
Great location - couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. Great price. Very cozy and charming - the property is a little older, with some parts that have been redone (kitchen), but some still a little older (bathrooms). The backyard and porches are awesome. Owner responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a family of 6 or group of 6.
