Great for multiple guests - house is dated but beds clean / great size and pets welcome made our visit perfect. Great location - 20 min from Helen, 40 min from Anna Ruby Falls, 20 min from local golf course. Separate basement game room great for visiting.

We had a great experience. Everything was as the listing described. The kitchen was stocked better than any rental we’ve ever been to. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. The only complaint I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. If we’re ever in the area again, this will most definitely be our first choice.

Enjoyable stay,

We enjoying our stay. The house is nice if a little basic but well appointed for comfort and does provide the solitude and quiet away from traffic noise. The garage was a bonus in the rain for unloading the car.

Great home

We had a wonderful stay at this clean, spacious home. Plenty of room for our group to spread out and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to come back!

Our host was incredibly responsive and detailed in all communication, which made check-in and our stay very smooth. The home had everything we needed — multiple TVs, a hot tub, a pool table, and plenty of comfortable seating and gathering space for our group.The only downside was the location next to an automotive shop, which wasn’t the most scenic view, and the bright exterior lights from the shop shone into the two upstairs bedrooms at night.Overall, it was a well-equipped and comfortable home, and we really appreciated the attentive host.

Family weekend

Awesome place for our visit! Everything was as advertised, well stocked, and plenty of room. Yes, it’s an “older” house but well kept and private. We will be back!

Wonderful experience

My family and I had a great time. The house is well kept and has everything you can possibly need. Plenty of space to share but also private rooms. Backyard is gorgeous and peaceful.

Great house for larger groups!

We had an event to attend in Helen GA, and this house was perfect for our families needs! The house was much larger than I expected even. If we ever find our way out to northern GA again, we’ll definitely look into booking here again 😊

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed staying here…five adults and two toddlers. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. The bedrooms were comfortable. We could spread out upstairs and downstairs. Thank you!

Great Family House

My family had a lot of fun. We really loved the game room. The house was very spacious and clean. Lots of room to play outside. The host was very friendly and was very quick to respond when we had questions. Great location close to town.

An amazing getaway

My family and I greatly enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and all of the close by attractions. We had a slight wasp problem but there was spray available. Overall we had an amazing week.

Wedding weekend retreat

We had a wonderful stay for our daughters wedding weekend at Copey Creek Venue. It was Perfect! Only 7 minutes away and provided the comfort and retreat we needed to come back to. We loved the spacious rooms and all the places to gather. I highly recommend!!

Relaxing before the holiday rush

The house was very spacious an accomodated our party of 6 adults. The yard was well landscaped. We made use of the fire pit and enjoyed the close proximity to Helen. There was talk in our group of making this an annual outing.

Spacious and comfortable

We had lovely stay in this spacious and very comfortable home. We loved having two large dining room tables and made excellent use of the very well-stocked kitchen. And we loved the hot tub! Excellent communication ahead of time, with prompt responses to all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Cousins reunion

My family has a reunion every summer near Cornelia, and my cousins and I all rent a space so we can hang out instead of being stuck in hotel rooms. The house was in excellent shape, and it presents as cleaner and more put together in person than in the pics. We’d love to stay at Riders Base again!

Nice big house

This is a nice house that's not too far out of town, but still secluded. And it's a split level, so there's not too many stairs for anyone. We had a wonderful time. It's big and roomy. I met the owner and he was extremely friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area.
