The "Suite" Escape: This is the perfect home for families or those traveling alone. Located in Lansing less than 5 mins from Indiana. Right off of I90/294 expressway for a easy commute. It's near shopping centers and restaurants. Our smart home has 65 inch Amazon Fire TVs, high-speed internet, gaming options and free streaming platforms. You can enjoy a quiet home away from the city. We look forward to you enjoying our accomodations. Monthly rentals are welcomed and longer stays are perferred.

The place was just as described. Pictures did not do it full justice. Great location from Chicago. Covered parking on property was another plus. Will stay here again in the future. Communication and Instructions from the host were perfect!

Absolutely loved the location and space at this condo. Nice and quite area with personal parking spot. Although we arrived late, host was available at 1am to assist us with getting into the property. Would definitely stay at this location again.

This is an excellent property. Clean, new furniture and appliances, quiet neighborhood!

Was a fairly simple process and the property owner was always very helpful and polite once I made contact. Highly recommended place to stay at !

The Broadway Special was an excellent experience

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit & the quiet location. Since we are from the south we really enjoyed the fireplace on chilly mornings!

Lansing Broadway

This was our second visit & we will definitely be back again. Excellent value with all the necessary amenities. Owner was very responsive to any issues that we had.

I’m over all very happy with my stay here . It was a very nice quick check-in and checkout process. Everything was nice and clean. I definitely would recommend.

Have stayed here multiple times. We always have a good experience. It would have been very helpful to have kitchen towels. I do most of my own cooking & hand wash the dishes.

SAFETY CONCERNS - Property misrepresented and uninhabitableRating: Our family stayed less than an hour before we had to vacate for our own safety. This property is grossly misrepresented in the listing photos.• Safety & Atmosphere: The location felt extremely unsafe. There were "shady" individuals loitering directly at the entrance watching us unload our luggage. We felt targeted and uncomfortable immediately.• Condition of the Unit: The apartment was filthy. There was visible dirt on the floors, a fist-sized hole in the wall, and the sliding glass door was so loose it felt like a security risk.• Misleading Photos: The exterior of the building looks nothing like the provided pictures. To make matters worse, the unit smelled strongly of active cigarette smoke.• Access Issues: The complex entry door is nearly broken; it took my husband three minutes of struggling with the lock every time we tried to enter. The digital keypad on the unit door was also "janky" and required 3–4 attempts to register the code.• Lack of Communication: I attempted to resolve this with the host immediately to request a refund, but they stopped responding entirely the next day.Avoid this rental at all costs. It is poorly maintained, difficult to access, and located in an area that felt genuinely dangerous for a family.

The guest remained in the property for multiple days after check-in, which contradicts the claim that the unit was unsafe or uninhabitable. No concerns regarding safety, cleanliness, or property condition were reported prior to the refund request. Our listing photos accurately represent the unit, and we have hosted numerous guests without any issues related to misrepresentation. The property is professionally cleaned between every stay, and no damage such as the one described was present before or after this reservation. Additionally, the guest requested a refund after occupying the unit, which does not align with our policies. We responded to communication appropriately and remain committed to resolving any legitimate concerns promptly. We have escalated this matter to VRBO for further review and documentation to ensure all information presented is accurate. We stand by the quality and accuracy of our listing and encourage future guests to review our overall track record.

Not the best.

This unit is located in a run down apartment complex. The hallways smell like weed and who knows what else. They have 4 glad plugins running to mask the smell. The lockbox code didn’t work when I arrived and I had to message the host for a new code. He/she did respond quickly. There was no remote control that worked for the main tv so it was unusable. The main bed has a plastic mattress cover which was noisy and not so comfortable. I would not stay at this VRBO again.

Owners beware, I would not rent to this person. 1) From the jump he begged me not to charge him $75 insurance fee through VRBO. For anyone who books with him make sure he pays, he is an extremely cheap person that will dodge this. 2) Lockbox was too complicated for him, it's an electronic lockbox. Not a simple combination. 3) I told him the remote was missing due to the last guest that left that morning he arrived. All TVs would work with the remote since they are all fire tvs. Not sure why he wasn't able to control the main tv with it. 4) Plastic under the cover is very common for airbnbs for obvious reasons. 5) The airbnb being "rundown" is comical

A wonderful place to stay

Top notch in how clean it is; very lovely decor; great amenities; timely communication with the host. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend and would stay again. However, just have to mention one issue I had after checking out. My daughter realized she had left something valuable to her behind. I contacted the host within a few hours and he then contacted his cleaning service who said they did not see the item while cleaning. I find this hard to believe given how obvious it would be to see this item. I just think the host could have did more to help me retrieve my property. My daughter was very disappointed by this outcome. So my advice to others would be to make sure you have all your personal effects when you check out. Other than this, I very much enjoyed my stay.
