Great quiet neighborhood. Tom was quick on responding to any communication. Great back yard! Nice curtains in bedrooms to close for nice sleeping in on the stay. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was excellent! Tom was very attentive. He answered my questions immediately. The house rules were easy to follow. I enjoyed my stay at this property!

Amazing Stay!

The property was exactly what you see listed. Clean, well organized with everything you may need for being away from home. Tom the owner was super nice and easy to communicate with if there were any issues. Would definitely stay again

Quick stay for my brother

Property was perfect. Very clean and extremely accommodating in every way. Host was very helpful and responsive. Lication very quiet and private but also convenient and easily accessible. Very satisfied with the stay.

House was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very conveniently located for our purposes. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The backyard was a good size and a great place to play catch with our dog. The host was very communicative and friendly. Definitely going to keep this house in mind for future trips.

Comfortable Homey Stay

Tom’s home was comfortable and it felt like home. It was clean and well maintained. We were in town for a south side funeral and the home is in an extremely convenient location to the Catholic cemeteries. We will definitely stay there the next time we are visiting the south side of Chicago.

Amazing place to stay, great for the price!

Came down to Chicago yesterday for a concert and stayed at Tom's place for the night! Place felt just like home! Super clean, additional info for the place was listed on a white board, and the best part is that there is a little dive bar right next store! That was a hidden gem to cap off the night! Highly recommend for anyone interested in staying! I will be back again!

I would highly recommend this home. 3 bedroom/2 full baths.It has a huge fenced in backyard if you’re bringing a dog.The landlord lives close by and always responds to any questions or concerns very quickly.We arrived during a hurricane with over 500,000 homes without power.The owner made sure we had power by hooking up a large generator for us within minutes of our arrival.The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood on a cul de sac so there was very little traffic.The location is great with shopping and restaurants close by.If you like thin crust pizza there is a great restaurant 2 doors away. Leave you car at home and walk 1 minute for great food.It is close to 294.I definitely would rent from this landlord if I come back to Chicago again.We rented for 26 days.

Nice property with a big back yard on a fairly quiet cul de sac. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it. Check in and communication was super smooth.

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend

Wirklich schönes Haus, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, Tom war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, die Einrichtung war funktionell, Fenster und Couch sollten aber unbedingt mal erneuert werden
