Spacious 2 bedrooms, 3 beds house (1 Full/Queen Bed in Master & 2 Twins in 2nd Bd Room) . Located 6714 Johnny Mercer Wilmington Island Ga. Centrally Located 7-10 minutes from Tybee Beach and 15 minutes from downtown River Street. 2 parking spaces and easy access to front porch. Walking to Groceries Store. There is a backyard but not fenced. It is quaint yet simple. Your home away from home to stay. You'll have a great relaxing time at this home. Fully loaded with amentities.
The space
This is a home away from home. We took in mind when you come to stay just as we like to have it when we go away. We have it all started for you so you can come in and enjoy without having to run right to the store (minus the food and hygiene products)

Cozy condo

Older condo but cozy. Near Tybee Island and other attractions. Grocery store within a couple of minutes. Located on busy street but road noise wasn't an issue. Well stocked kitchen. No stairs which is a plus. Could use a grab bar for the older guests like us.

Wonderful stay!

This unit is a great location as was a very nice stay for our family. We did miss the fact that it only had a full bed and not a queen, as the largest bed in the rooms, so that made it a little tighter than we'd have liked... but that was our mistake. The location was great and it was very clean and quiet!

I'm Back

This is my 5th stay at this property. It's like my home away from home when I come to town for a fishing trip. As usual, the property was clean and comfortable, and the host, Shelia, was a delight to deal with. This great value for the money.

Definitely a Cozy Cottage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived we were warmly greeted by the sweet gentleman next door. The property was newly redone, super clean, and decorated so nice! Drinking our coffee and watching the rain out on the screened in porch was one of our favorite parts. It’s in a cute and pretty peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful, short drive to Tybee Island. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice little duplex. Well stocked with the basic essentials. Sheila was very responsive and easily available to answer any questions.

Good Value

The property was clean, well furnished, and perfect as my launch pad for fishing trips. I had zero complaints and the owner was just a phone call away to answer any questions I might have. All in all, it was a good value considering its convenience and amenities.
