Great Cottage in Savannah!

Super cute cottage, great location in Savannah! We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood within a short drive to the riverfront and Tybee Island.

Anniversary trip

This place was awesome! We really enjoyed the quaintness and friendly neighbors. It was super clean and worked out great for us. If I could. Change anything it would be the initial smell when we walked in, it was like a dead animal smell. It faded away, but every else was perfect. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again!!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were comfy. A different set up would have been nice since we like to play cards and the table was a little tricky for that but we felt with it. Having a real meal there would have been tricky with the dining table. Would have to do buffet style. Location was great.

Lovely

It had everything we needed: clean, comfy beds, safe, close to Savannah and restaurants/stores. . I took off a star because we were not made aware men would be coming to do lawn maintenance, which scared my child who was on the back porch. Overall, this place was great. We’d recommend TVs for the bedrooms.

Great escape from Savannah

Just a short drive to all the downtown sights and restaurants. Great little remodeled house! Nice backyard for your dog. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds, and everything you need for your stay. Needs some additional seating if the seating matching the occupancy. Add some lamps to the living room. Take the ceiling lights out in the living room and bedroom and replace with ceiling fans.

Cute, Affordable and clean

Loved the place however loses a star for parking. If a place accomodates 6 people, there should be room for 2 cars. That was a major problem as I was coming down from the Atlanta area and my sister was coming up from Florida. We had to have her park her car in Savannah, I had to go pick her up then drive back to the house. Very inconvenient. When I kept reaching out to find out to try and find where she could park her car, I was just told to google parking lots by the house. This was very frustrating as I did not know this area. Aside from the parking issues, I thought the place was very nice.

Comfy Place

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is super cute! The beds are comfy, the pillows inspired me to order new ones for at home. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dog. Loved that they have a washer and dryer. Location - I felt was great. You are not right next to the hustle and bustle, you are in a small neighborhood, everything is close. Grocery store is not far away. DT Savannah wasn't more then 10 minutes (depending on traffic, which wasn't bad) The landscaping could use some updating and I would recommend, put an outdoor light in the yard and not just the porch. When the porch light is on, you cannot see the backyard at night. So its hard to keep an eye on your pet. I might also recommend a motion light by the front door so when you come home at night, you have a light. Most of the time, you leave during the day and never even think to turn the outside light on. Overall this place was great and we would stay here again!

Comfortable and clean stay with a few flaws/Payed extra fee for the dog

Comfortable stay with a few flaws. The kitchen was well stocked except a much needed can opener. Imagine us opening a cans without it. I also noticed no wine bottle opener. The electrical socket near the desk didn’t work at all. Overall, the electrical switches were confusing not knowing what each did. Some seemingly did nothing. Having them labeled would help. And, the backyard garden (along the fence and in front of porch door) was overgrown. But, lawn was mowed. Otherwise, the place was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and nice closet space downstairs. No closets upstairs. After my rental on VRBO, I went onto the property manager linked page and found I had to pay an extra fee for the dog separately from what I was charged on VRBO.

Cozy Charmer with no water??

This house was very clean, the bed was comfortable. It centrally located to many attractions. We checked in late Sunday night, got to bed. Went out for the day Monday and returned to the house around 4 pm from a day out in Savannah. We wanted to shower and get dressed up to go to dinner. When we returned to the house there was no water. We couldn't flush the toilet, wash our hands, nor take a shower. I spent a few hours on the phone with Mandy our Vacasa rep, she assured me that they would refund one day plus the last check out I paid for and set up in another rental for the issues we were having. After a few hours there was no way to fix the problem, the owners weren't answering. They did refund almost 1/2 of the rental, but not the late check out. They didn't set us up in another rental, I had to pay for a hotel. I will never use Vacasa again. This ruined my mood and our last day on vacation. Thanks for everything Vacasa..
