Owners would do the house a great improvement by replacing mattresses on all 3 beds. I would stay at property again once that is done.

Perfect location

Spent time in Savannah and Tybee and this property was equidistant between them… nice, clean and had a great time.

We enjoyed it the place was simple and cute. Smelled good, no bugs, everything worked, 20 minutes or less from all stores and things to do including the beach. Two things is the grill was kinda rusty so I suggested if anyone wanted to grill to bring all their cleaning supplies and stuff for that. The beds are soft. Very soft if your body can’t handle sinking in a bed all night I wouldn’t recommend it. My family didn’t get the best the rest.

House was exactly what we needed. Location is excellent. It is literally between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Only downside is more access to outlets in bedrooms is needed and bedroom lamps seemed unsafe.

Convenient to Savanah

Easy drive to River Street. Great house with plenty of space, comfy beds, and quiet neighborhood.

Savannah get away

The property was close to both Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. Neighborhood is quiet and close to a grocery store (always important!)

Wonderful place. You can tell that it is ran and operated by a corporation rather than an individual owner. Did not feel like personal touch was there.

Property was clean and comfortable. Easy drive to anywhere we needed. Publix and Walmart are close by, that was a nice bonus. Wish I had known to bring our own toiletries, but maybe I missed that in the announcement.

Absolutely amazing!!

The host was very accommodating and the property was very clean!! We would highly recommend to anyone with a family! Loved the fact that 10-20 minutes either way you have the beach or Savannah. The house is very cozy and homey feeling! Would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Greta location in the middle of everything! Quick access to restaurants and beach! Had 2 bathrooms which was nice. One was locked from the inside and not sure why. Nice place!

Mother Daughter trip

This house was in a great location if visiting Savannah. Your out of the downtown area enough to not have to deal with parking and traffic. Close to many stores and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent again if I’m in this area again.

Savannah

The property was located a short distance from downtown and Tybee Island. We were able to get to the places we wanted to see easily from the home. The property was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. All of the appliances and the ac workedd great.

Peaceful sisters trip

Five of us stayed at this location for our Sisters trip and it was the perfect location stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, tissue and liquid detergent. Nice quiet neighborhood very close to the beach, shopping and downtown Savannah. The owner was very kind. I will certainly stay here again!

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

We found the house and contents as described and pictured. The location was perfect; between Tybee Island/the beach and Historic Savannah with free parking, a luxury in Savannah. Grocery, hardware, pharmacy, gas stations, and restaurants were only 5 minutes away. The owners were responsive. The beds were soft.

Good location for what we needed but the pump station in back gave an awful sewage odor in and out of house. Heat and air unit out side froze which means there’s likely a leak or something so recommend getting it serviced. Beds not very comfortable and towels were stained and old. The house served it’s purpose and appreciated the early check in.

Pretty accurate. In a quiet neighborhood

Nice stay. Well equipped kitchen. Screened-in porch not really usable due to weather. Beds have extra thick toppers which may or may not be comfortable to others.
