Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The wine trail begins just over a half mile down the street and continues with more than a dozen within 10 miles on the trail to Fredericksburg. And, breweries and distilleries are close by too.

Enjoy the comfort of a spacious 3 bedroom, 4 queen-size beds, 2 full bathroom home on one acre. Plenty of games are available to entertain the whole group.

Enjoy the Texas Hill Country and all it has to offer!

The space
This ranch-style home is large and on one floor, so great for a family or a group doing wine tours! You have the whole house to yourself, so enjoy the peace and quiet! Enjoy the backyard patio & firepit and the front porch wine barrels and barstools to immerse in the outdoor quiet of small-town living.

Guests may use entire house on a one-acre lot and back porch. Lots of parking space too!

This was a beautiful, spacious home for my family to spend their weekend. It was nice and quiet. Wonderful location and a great price. If we find ourselves ever in this area again, we would come back in a heartbeat!

We very much enjoyed staying here. The house is large and conveniently located close to numerous wineries. We enjoyed sitting out back and watched deer roam through the yard. I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was more than enough space for the entire family. The house was located in just the right place to be able to move around easily. The house was clean, inviting and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would love to visit again as it had everything we needed to feel at home.

This is a very nice house. Very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything you need including coffee. Host answered message promptly. The best part is at night you look out the kitchen window and you can see deer across the street.

We had a great stay! I think the pictures don't do this property justice. The house was larger than we anticipated. Well stocked with entertainment and games for the kids. Peaceful neighborhood and would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great Stay

Came to Johnson City for a wedding and this house was a perfect place to stay fr our family of 6. The bedrooms are a nice size along with a comfortable living room and kitchen area. Would stay here again!

Older home with plenty of space to unwind. Perfect weather made the back patio a plus. Owner was very responsive and quickly addressed any issues.

Great location

We were able to walk all over town from the house. Found a great coffee spot and enjoyed seeing LBJ's childhood home. Great communication with the property owner. I would definitely stay again.

Bachelorette party

This was perfect for our group place was really big and excedes our expectation!! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Perfect litte 30 minutes to Fredricksburg without the higher price.

Perfect spot

A great location for all things JCity. We were able to walk to multiple attractions/restaurants/wineries. Don't stay without visiting the Science Mill and Exotic Zoo. Our hosts were very responsive and the house was a perfect fit.

Pleasant getaway with lots of space!

This place had plenty of space for us. And more than enough beds for the group to be comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this space for a weekend getaway or where you can come back to relax in after enjoying a wine tour. Thanks for making us feel at home!
