Texas 2 Suites sleeps up to six, so it is perfect for a celebration with friends or family, or a nice relaxing weekend enjoying the wineries, distilleries, breweries and Cider house that are nearby. Nice location and place for our activities this weekend. Clean and good size space for 2 couples. Had an ant issue in the kitchen but it did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We liked seeing deer, roadrunners, birds and rabbits!

This is a great place to stay. Plenty of room. Very quiet area. Close to Johnson City and Hye and not far from Dripping Springs or Fredericksburg for day trips.

It was a great get away for 2 best friends of more than 40 years! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything anyone could need. The beds were comfortable and the set up with 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath, is perfect! The bottle of wine that was waiting for us was a great touch! The hosts live on site and are available for whatever is needed. We loved our stay and hope to return to this wonderful home again!

Absolutely! Here’s a polished rewrite of your review:WOW! This place was absolutely perfect for us and our best friends. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The showers were fantastic, and the entire property had such a relaxing, cozy atmosphere. Perfect getaway for 2 or 2 couples

Location to wineries was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Would have really enjoyed the porch and patio had the weather been cooperative! Will definitely be back

Perfect Cottage Getaway

We come to the hill country every Memorial Day long weekend and this year’s cottage rental was perfect! The location was so good for all we do in the area. The home and backyard were great! We enjoyed the back porch rockers and view after a day of visiting wineries and taking regional day trips! We highly recommend this place and the owners were very responsive and made check in and check out as easy as we’ve had!

We loved our stay!

My sisters and I loved the house. It was exactly what we wanted. It was very clean and had all the necessary things we needed for our stay. We came to visit our cousin who owns Covington Sellers and it was so close to her winery. When we plan another trip there we would definitely stay in your place

I look forward to reserving and staying at this property again! It was wonderful. Everything was so clean and organized. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Love the patio and deck area. The location was great. Close enough to everything, but also far enough away. The owner was excellent on communicating.

One of our favorite places to stay because it’s removed from the busy places of downtown Fredericksburg. Dirt road leading to the property is not one you want to drive a nice car down but otherwise it’s a peaceful clean and wonderful home. Welcome wine upon arrival was a great surprise and delish! Thank you again!

This is the best rental we have ever stayed at.Immaculate inside and outside. Well stocked with everything and anything that you may need or want. Including a welcome bottle of wine and great recommendations on wineries, restaurants and things to do in the area. Very close to numerous wineries and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing the wildlife. I recommend this home over and over. I personally can’t wait to come back.

This was the perfect place for my brother and me to spend Thanksgiving week. We were visiting my Texas family in Johnson City and wanted to have a place to stay where we weren't underfoot all week. We enjoyed BBQ in Fredericksburg and Trade Days, too. And it was such a treat to shop at HEB again. This VRBO's layout allowed us each to have our own bedroom and bath. We didn't do any cooking other than using the coffee pot, microwave, and toaster, but it looked like the kitchen was well equipped had we chosen to cook in. The back porch and the views of the Hill Country were perfect. I hope this place is available next time we go down for a visit because we would love to stay again.

Don’t pass this up

Our time here on my birthday week/weekend was a one of kind experience. The house absolutely gorgeously decorated and no details missed. Highly recommend! Management on site the best perk you could ever want or need. Everything in the home is immaculate and well cared. A lot of thought on details went into this incredible visit to the Texas Hill Country. Private road, gated entrance and amenities all top notch. We would stay here again. Stunning.

clean and serene

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for my friend's 60th birthday wine and hill country experience. It's perfect for two women who need space to get ready. There are 2 master suites. We saw deer, cardinals, humming birds, cattle. This home is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. We were gifted a lovely bottle of wine from our host. It is in close proximity to all of the vineyards and Main Street is not far. Our only regret is not spending more time enjoying the home.

Perfect place!

Wonderful place to stay. Visited wineries, breweries, and distilleries! Sat on the back deck for dinner, rocked on the back porch with our coffee! This was our second time to stay here! We will be back! Thanks for a great place!

Sons wedding

Chose this location because it was so close to the wedding venue. We left wishing we had had time to just sit and enjoy the property. Absolutely beautiful.

Great get away

This was a great location and wonderful house. Saw hummingbirds, cardinals, deer, and cows....all from the back porch. Can't wait to stay again and get to use more of the facilities.

Fun weekend get-away

This house was the perfect spot for our trip! We loved the house... the fantastic accommodations with 2 identical bedrooms/bed size wise (great for 2 couples), a very clean and well supplied house, and a cute backyard and patio. The location was ideal for us as we were within a short 30 min drive of pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely want to stay here again, and spend more time exploring all there is to do in the hill country!

Nice Home

Beautiful and peaceful except early morning trucks traveling up and down the gravel road starting around 4 am. Evenings are wonderful sitting on the rocking chairs on the patio under the ceiling fan. Would stay again but will bring ear plugs so I can sleep through the early morning noise.

Was everything I expected and then some. Only gripe was there was supposed to be a complementary bottle of wine must have been overlooked

Easter Weekend

Was a rainy and cold weekend. Not a usual weather for Easter but we still had an awesome still perfect time. Everything was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Wine trail house

We came to visit a friend who has a ranch nearby. This was the nicest house we have stayed at in Blanco county. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts were extremely responsive when needed. Would highly recommend and would stay again if available.

Loved It!

Perfect location and home for our recent trip to the hill country! Lovely home, well equipped, loved having two masters suites. The patio and outside area were very nice and we enjoyed watching the deer as we sat outside. The owners Paul and Bev are onsite and very gracious and delightful to work with. We are looking forward to going again.

Relaxing Wine Country Vacation

Overall, we absolutely LOVED this house!! One negative was that there is a rock quarry down the road, and the trucks start coming by at 6am, so not ideal for sleeping in, but that is truly the only negative!!! The home is beautiful, a perfect layout for 2 or 6. We loved spending time on the back and watching the cows and deer while we relaxed. Bev and Paul are awesome hosts!!! They left great details/directions in the home for you to reference, and when the AC wasn’t working right, they immediately came and fixed it!!! We never “suffered” until it was fixed. It was something small, and they are getting it fixed. I will say, my low to the ground vehicle would have been rough, but we were in my husband’s F-250 truck, so no trouble getting up and down the dirt road!! We will be staying here again! And if you are here, make sure you head to Johnson City and check out Pecan Street Brewery, fantastic customer service and great food!!!
