Great place to stay in Grand Junction

Overall great property. Good location close to just about everything, especially if you are doing anything with CMU. Quiet area easy walk to downtown. Hosts were easy to work with and responsive.

Great home, Great location!!

Went to Grand Junction for our niece's HS Graduation. The home was very welcoming. It was very open and spacious. The bedrooms were very roomy, plenty of space for king beds and all of our luggage! The beds were very comfortable. Good size bathrooms/showers and sink areas. Big kitchen with everything you would need. This was definitely a great home in a nice, clean neighborhood, close to everywhere we needed to go. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Location

The property was very clean and spacious. Location could not have been better, walk to downtown, and only a short drive to Redlands Mesa golf course and Colorado National Monument.

Great little stay in Grand Junction

We had a wonderful time visiting our kids at CMU. The house was very comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Will certainly look this one up again on future visits.

Discover Grand Junction

This home is located near the heart of downtown Grand Junction offering fun bars, restaurants, great shopping, historic buildings. We enjoyed the pretty walk downtown everyday during our stay. The central location also provides easy driving access to nearby hiking at the Grand Mesa and Colorado National Monument. The home itself was large, with ample sized comfortable bedrooms and large living areas. The owners were effortless to work with and responsive to communication. Our stay was a pleasure.

Great Property

Great location and close to CMU and downtown! Nice neighborhood with no problems! Never heard anything from neighbors. Clean property, roomie, love the space as it’s not cluttered. Variety of TV options. Just an overall great stay and I would highly recommend and just know I am very picky!

A Wonderful Labor Day Weekend in Grand Junction, CO

This house was perfect for my family and me for our three nights in Grand Junction. Everything about the house was great. The property owner was terrific in overcoming communication problems through VRBO. The VRBO-level web- and app-based communications were only overcome with the property owner. In spite of the communication glitches through the VRBO platform, I would still highly recommend this house for a Grand Junction visit. It is centrally located and any of the fantastic places that are in and around the city are easy to access.

Great Weekend in Grand Junction

This was a great property. Spacious, very close to downtown Grand Junction. Loads of walking trails nearby and it was a gorgeous fall weekend for it. The kitchen was the biggest surprise - it had literally everything you could think of (crock pot, blender, tons of pots and pans, pyrex dishes). We are foodies and this matters to us. Well done, Sadie!

Easy walk to restaurants / shops of downtown Grand Junction

ALL of the beds are memory foam and what a huge thing that was. Super comfortable! We walked to dinner, coffee shops etc -- the location is A+. Very clean, uncluttered house, no issues with noise or anything else. AC works great. I sat on the little front porch reading every afternoon to enjoy the summer afternoon rain -- it was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: you might consider adding a full length mirror to the upstairs, as right now the only mirror up there is in the bathroom, and it is only from the waist and up.

What a great suprise!

This property was immaculate, much better in person than the pictures online. It was almost 100 degrees this week and we stayed nice and cool upstairs and down. This property was super close to our daughters dorm which made it really convenient as well as close to all the top restaurants on Main Street! We will be using this VRBO quite a bit as our daughter is a freshman and we plan on visiting a lot. The owner was super responsive and had very detailed instructions for check in/out, making it a breeze! Our family was very happy and can’t wait to go back!

Grand Junction Stay 2024

Sadie was pleasant and prompt in her communications. She confirmed the reservation as we neared the arrival date. A welcome letter with instructions was posted the day before we arrived. The accommodations were just as advertised. The place was well suited for our family... five adults and three children. We will book again when we return. I'm not a regular VRBO user, so I don't know if it's normal for the insurance deposit to be fully charged along with the rental fee at the time of the reservation. I paid off the rental and deposit charge three months in advance in order to avoid interest fees on my card. We just returned home... Waiting on news regarding the deposit. Heard back from Sadie attentively as ever… The deposit management is outsourced and is returned within a couple of weeks. :-)

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was fully stocked for all our needs, sparkling clean and has such a nice layout with plenty of room even for five adults. We enjoyed being walking distance to downtown for easy access to restaurants. Thank you for sharing your exceptional property.
