This is a great little place. We had 5 adults and it was perfect. We came in for a UMD Football game so we were not in town long but host worked with us and the place as clean and comfortable. Will look to go back for future games over the next three years.

Location is perfect, walking distance from a lot of places. The building itself was beautiful with a cool history. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great stay! Very clean and comfortable with al of the basics you could need. Place was as pictured and in a safe and central location with easy access to things as well as some great food nearby. Parking was very easy and convenient. Would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in Duluth

We enjoyed staying at this cozy spot while in Duluth for the July 4th weekend. Easy to walk to places and get down to the activities in town.

The overpowering use of Pinesol bothered us as did parking at the mini mart while the homeless folks stared at us in the adjacent park.

Thank you for the feedback — I’m sorry the strong Pinesol scent was unpleasant. We will be sure to let our cleaning team know to dilute cleaning products a bit more. We know not everyone loves scents and it can be very off putting. Sorry you felt uncomfortable parking across the street. We are very happy to have an arrangement with Korner Store to provide free parking for our guests so close to the apartment. There is also another parking spot to the side of the building. It's a little further away but a good option as well. Hopefully we get an opportunity to host you again in the future. - Heirloom Management

Great Location near restaurants and shops

This is a nicely decorated comfortable place to stay. You are right around the corner from great restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable. The only issue is the noise. With the shared walls you can hear people coming and going. If you are in the bedroom that faces the street the noise from the cars is pretty loud.

Excellent property

Nice and clean property. Everything you would need was provided. Bummed the washer and dryer were not available but not a huge issue. A cover by the day bed was off the wall and didn’t stay on when my husband attempted to put it back but wasn’t anything that affected our stay. Would stay again!

Upon arriving there was heavy construction on the sewer lines along the property making access to the front door from the parking nearly impossible without walking a block around the opposite way. Place was very clean and pleasant until the 'renters' next door arrived. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every single word / toilet flush / squeaky door. We got past that. Our unit was supposed to have a washer / dryer but the dryer was broken and we instructed not to use either unit. Again what we thought was a great price for what we were staying in. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE -- the EXTRA service fees are a killer!!! Our service fees (standard charges add-ons) were More than our 3 day stay! When I booked on Expedia it was not well indicated other than the 'small print' price under the night stay price. This was a failure on my part to do the math. BUT don't want this to happen to others that think this stay with Heirloom Vacation Rentals is a great deal. "Buyer Beware"! Read EVERYTHING!

Lots of fun stuff to do in walking distance. Brewery's, Restaurants, Shops. I would stay here again. I like the reserved parking spaces and the beds were comfortable.

Enjoyed a family getaway to the North Shore. The host was exceptionally helpful when locking down our final reservation. We received timely communications and the check-in process was seamless. The accommodations were perfect for our two teen boys and ourselves. While joined to other units, we didn't hear neighbors besides the street traffic and even that was quiet at a reasonable hour. The location and parking made for easy trips to nearby restaurants, activities, and nightly ice cream treats!

Perfect for the weekend

Great property in a great location. This property had everything we needed for a hockey weekend. The house is a bit noisy (squeaky doors and floors) and there is not much soundproofing between units, but not too bad. Would stay there again.
