The space was very clean and quiet. There are blackout shades for the windows that completely blacked out the street light. I hope it is available the next time I visit Duluth.

Great stay

Was a great location surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and stores. Will definitely return to this location next time we are in Duluth!

Nice stay, the only negative was some street noise, but I would stay again.

Wonderful stay…

The apartment was fantastic and so was the very interesting neighborhood. I always judge a place as to whether I would stay there again. I would definitely stay here.

Fall Getaway

This property was definitely a pleasant Suprise! Location was perfect for what we were planning to do. Excellent restaurants and shops within a block or two.

The suite was perfectly sized for four adults and one dog. The unit had all of the necessities one would need and the location, while not lake-centric, was great. Awesome eateries, shopping and bars/brew pubs within easy walking distance. We'll be back!

This was a great place to stay! We had a great time in Duluth. It was easy to get in an out of town and in close proximity to canal park. The place was very neat and well maintained. Check in and out was an ease. Definitely be looking forward to staying here in the future.

Great location

We had a quick trip to Duluth to see our son at college. Great location with access to great shopping and restaurants. Close to Canal Park snd a quick trip over to UMD. The condo was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Will definitely plan on coming back!
