Very nice condo overlooking Table Rock Lake. My husband loved running the hills then sitting on the back patio to cool off. The beds were very comfortable. Hosts were very quick with responses, very accommodating, They made sure our stay was comfortable, HIGHLY recommend!

The condo was beautiful and we had the lake view that made it nice. It was too hot to be outside much but we enjoyed sitting outside early morning and having coffee. The condo is very close to town yet off the beaten path so you felt like you were secluded from all the noise. Highly recommend! We went to see David at sight and sound!! Amazing! Great trip! Our 55th wedding anniversary

The first night we arrived it was raining and we saw a massive blurry object on the lake. As it approached, we realized it was the Silver Dollar City Showboat, the very boat we would ride the following night and see our condo from the other side. All that to say, amazing view. Extremely spacious and close parking.

The condo itself was excellent. Very nicely furnished with wonderful amenities. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The view of the Lake was amazing creating a serene atmosphere that made you not want to leave the condo. We’ll certainly book this condo again.

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable for a family to stay. Plenty of space. Furniture is very comfortable. The owners are great to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here!

This place was more than I expected. The view was beautiful. Room size was perfect throughout. Location worked perfectly for us. We found a new shortcut this trip. Took us from the condo to the middle of the strip in about 10 minutes. Overall one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacat we've had. They were the best to rent from. Easy and fast communication. We had such a lovely time at this lakefront condo in Branson on our girls trip. The view of the water was so peaceful and made it easy to relax and just enjoy being together.To be located on the lake, it is surprisingly centrally located to everything we wanted to do from shows, shopping, Silver Dollar City and restaurants. No more than 15-20 minutes or less of driving time. The condo is beautifully decorated—warm, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable with nice linens; bathrooms and kitchen were stalked with soap/shampoo and paper goods; great assortment of cookware, small appliances such as coffee maker, air fryer, soda maker, dinnerware, utensils and other kitchen items. We loved the sunroom for playing games and watching sunsets on the lake. Nicely furnished patio with lake view. Our hosts were gracious and so helpful from booking through our stay, which made everything feel seamless.We’d happily come back again!

Exceeded Expectations

Peaceful and quiet with a beautiful lake view. Clean and spacious. Just a few minutes from Branson attractions and dining. Ground level, walk-in entry, no stairs. Perfect for seniors.

Wonderful hosts!

The owners were extremely responsive, the condo was clean, the view was lovely, and the accommodations fresh and “current.”Spending time in the sunroom was the highlight of our time there. Hubby brought our binoculars so we could watch the eagles, ducks, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. It was blissful! We hope to go back soon!

Beautiful place! Gorgeous views!

This place has beautiful views and is extremely clean! It’s so homey, cozy and spacious! We would of loved to have stayed longer! We definitely would come back! The hosts have thought of everything. The housekeeper they have is Amazing! You need to stay there.

Very Comfortable Stay

This unit was lovely from start to finish. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The condo itself was ideal for my mobility-challenged mother-in-law. This was her first trip in 3 years and she immediately loved the floorplan and ease to get in and out of the building. Plus the view from the sunroom is fantastic! Highly recommended and hope to return myself.

Below is what I sent the hosts/owners as we checked out. I told them that I wouldn’t post the review publicly (thinking they would respond) - but I wanted to make them aware so that they could address this for the next guests / it’s almost a week later and they haven’t responded to me…not to apologize or anything…or even at least acknowledge that they received this…so this is why we posted this. We found several spiders here. HUGE spiders. I have a picture of one....The first one was hanging down from the window in the sunroom, it was seemingly pregnant. We killed it but couldn't reach it to retrieve the rest of it from the window...it was huge. Then we saw another one, in the sunroom that kept us out of there most of the trip...although, that is where I would have spent all of my time. Then, I went to get some clothes off of the bathroom floor, (this one I have a picture of), and there was another huge spider under my clothes. We saw several spider webs in the home...this did impede on our ability to rest and relax and kept us tense and scared that we were going to see another spider...which we often did. We have used VRBO often, and NEVER dealt with this many spiders, and we have been in even more remote places and cabins before. Again, everything else was absolutely beautiful, no complaint, and when we first got here, we thought we had found a place that we could come back to again, however, after the experience with the spiders - we would have to rethink that.

When we learned of your experience, our housekeeper inspected the property immediately after your checkout and found no spiders. As with any home, the occasional insect or spider can find its way inside — something we work hard to minimize. We were sorry not to hear from you during your stay, as we would have gladly sent someone over to address your concerns right away. We also want to be transparent that a late checkout request was made and declined due to an incoming reservation — a standard operational decision made for all guests equally. We wish you had reached out so we could have made things right in the moment, and we hope future guests will see from our track record that we are committed to a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay.

Very nice roomy condo! The tall ceilings really helped make it feel spacious. Great view of the lake! Parking 30 feet from the front door with no steps was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!
