The Space:

Ultimate luxurious beachside single-family, three-story pool home that will satisfy the most exquisite taste. Enjoy both the quality of this home, as well as the gulf waters and the soft white sandy beaches just footsteps from your door. Enjoy beautiful gulf sunsets, collect the abundance of seashells, watch the boats sail by and see dolphins playing in the calm waters. The home shares a heated pool with the other three homes on Key West Court.



The kitchen has a beautiful open concept with stainless steel appliances and ocean views on both balconies to enjoy dining or morning coffee. Has laundry room with washer and dryer – and linens and towels are included.

The master suite is on the top floor with king bed, wet bar, AND A JACUZZI HOT TUB! This luxury bedroom also has an ocean view with its private extended balcony. The two guest bedrooms a floor below feature queen beds, allowing a maximum occupancy of six guests. Each also have their own full bathroom.



This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

For your family reunions and gatherings, inquire about renting the adjacent home in this small complex (251 Key West Ct).



The Publix grocery store is a short 5-minute walk, and a marina behind that offers boat rentals and fishing charters. A trolley stop is located in front of the property for convenient and cheap/free transportation around the island.



We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane renovations. The elevator is not for guest use and will not work.

Very nice home in a great location, walk to beach in less than 2 minutes and Publix is a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend

Perfect Family Vacation

The location was exactly what we needed/wanted with a young family (3 and 1 year old). Close to the beach, quiet, close to the grocery store, and the pool was a nice break for the little ones. Overall, one of the best properties we have expereinced for a beach vacation with little ones.

Family Fun week

Great location and house. Very clean and great layout. Beach and views are awesome. Kitchen could have been better stocked, but didn't effect our experience. Great place to stay!

Accommodations were good. Upstairs toilet ran 24/7, corner of rug under table was curled up and was a bit of safety hazard, 1st floor deck fan didn’t work and door leaked.

As much as we wanted to love this place we really didn’t. Check in was great and we were let in early since our flight got there early but upon arriving the living room, couch and table was covered in bugs. We didn’t get an exterminator out until Monday (we got there Saturday). We couldn’t use the table or the living room since there were bugs which meant there wasn’t a ton of places for us to sit and eat. On the main level there is a balcony with a table and chairs, the house says it sleeps 6 but the table only had 3 chairs around it and one of the 3 chairs was about to break and wasn’t safe so we couldn’t sit in it so there was only 2 working chairs on the porch. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom after use. Overall, I think the house needs a lot of maintenance work done, even as simple as the filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator. We appreciate Tripower being responsive when I would send a message but I don’t believe we would rent this again.

Great House and Location

We loved the location of this house. Literally steps to the beach. The pool was small, but was only shared with three other houses so it fit our needs. There was an issue with check-in but the property management company communicated well. Overall, I would stay here again.

Sibling Trip

This was a three couples siblings trip. The house was perfect for it. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It had an elevator which was a huge plus for a group of 60+ adults, including one with mobility issues. The house was comfortable and clean. If there was any negative it is that there really was only one restaurant within walking distance, but we anticipated that. There is however a Publix within a block. All in all two thumbs up.

Great vacation in a beautiful home on FMB

It's tastefully decorated, lots of space, comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and it's nicely situated on the beach. Publix and two restaurants are within walking distance. Three of us stayed here for Thanksgiving and enjoyed it a lot. We make most of our meals at home and used the gas grill to make a lot of grouper for dinner. The home is very clean! Lots of good quality beach towels and standard towels. The kitchen could use more plates, only six dinner plates and a few smaller plates were provided. We purchased new beach chairs and umbrellas because the existing ones were pretty worn. I appreciated the simple check out instructions. Tri-Power responds quickly to emails as well.

Beautiful Unit and Beach, but terrible pool

The unit is beautiful. Everything was super neat and clean. They provided a ton of beach and bath towels. Two bedrooms in the third floor and one in the second was perfect for us. The grandparents stayed in the second floor bedroom, the kids in the third floor bedroom, and my wife and I in the third floor master bedroom. The grill area was nice. The elevator was a cool amenity, just make sure you use it correctly or someone will have to come to reset it. The beach was a really short walk from the unit. The beach itself was nice. The sand is white and soft and never got too hot. The water was very warm and shallow. It's good if you have small kids. Two big concerns/disappointments was the railing on the balconies, particularly on the second floor. They are not secure at all. They need to be secured immediately. Also, the pool was disgusting the during our whole stay. We did not go in at all because of how dirty it looked. I was told that it's difficult to maintain the pool because of the summer heat. If that's the case, don't advertise that you have a pool. We had to drive half an hour to a public pool cause my kids were begging to go to a pool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider rebooking.

Some things were very nice, some were good, some were not

TriPower needs to have an emergency/on call phone number for things that come up outside of their office hours, like if you have an issue getting into the house on Saturday night or Sunday, they won't (as of our stay) return your call until Monday. Hope you don't get locked out or something serious happen that you need help. The location is great. Only parking space for one vehicle or maybe two if you have small cars and do a lot of acrobatics. Some things appear to be hastily built or unfinished. Outlets crooked, a thermostat was broken, exposed drill holes in elevator doors, black mold around some ceiling vents, an exterior door that got jammed partially open and would not close, pool fence was not installed properly and the anchor bolts simply pulled out of the ground, meaning the gate and fence were leaning and flopping all over, and more. We had a number of issues during our stay and sometimes TriPower was quick to respond (such as for the flying ant problem), some things took several days (like the black mold issue--didn't the cleaning crew see this? previous renters?), but some things were never resolved before our stay was over, like the front approach light sensor, meaning we had to walk up to the front door in the dark every night. TriPower was always nice on the phone. The property has a fridge on ground level, beach umbresllas, and floaties. TL;DR: The location is great, the property is ok, and TriPower needs to step up their game.
