It’s at a very nice location. My kids love swimming at the Blunts Pond nearby. My son loved going fishing at the dock in Lamoine State Park closed by. He caught some mackerels there.

Cute place. Very open and roomy. Had some issues after checking in but the owner stepped in and fixed them. Kitchen was fully stocked and laundry worked great. Had some issues with the internet.

Great stay

Great space. Close to all the places we wanted to see. Easy to get in - quiet - near water. Couldn’t ask for more

Directions and check in were painless. The apartment was clean with the exception of the cushion in the bay window. It was nasty with stains, hair, and dirt. Dirty towels in the drawers in closet across from bathroom. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes from last renter?Location was excellent, especially with the pond across the street. We would rent from you again. I had noticed others complaints about the cushion? Really needs your attention.

Well stocked

Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the seclusion. We walked down to the pond which is the size of a lake. Good strolls. Drove to Acadia park and ball harbor. Kayaked, bicycled, did the light house tour, hike Jordons pond, drove the loop, had a great time

This locale was quiet and adjacent to a flat trail around a pretty pond. There was a ton of space inside more than you'll need. The floors were very clean, better than I've seen in other lodgings for sure. The owner was quickly responsive to one request I had which really helped. We found that the back stairs off the deck provided better space to bring our items up and down and the washer and dryer off the garage were available when we needed them. If your okay with stairs, I would recommend this apt

Great place to stay to explore Mt Desert Island and Schoodic

This above-garage apartment had the essentials for our stay. We were able to explore various parts of Mt Desert Island and the Schoodic Peninsula. We did use both the bedroom and pull out couch. The curtains in the bedroom were great to block out the light for our younger children. It would have been nice to have curtains in the living room to block out some of the light there as well although it was not super bright with the surrounding trees. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice & spacy place in a beautiful location!

This apt has plenty of space and was comfortable. The location, however; was awesome!!! It’s a bit difficult to find the driveway at night but worth it once you do!! It is framed by woods and has a beautiful, clear pond within walking distance!! We came to ME to get married in Bar Harbor and stayed the entire week here. It’s approx 30 min from downtown Bar Harbor (allow extra time for construction traffic on/off MDI). We absolutely loved ME and WILL visit again!! If we visit Bar Harbor area again we would definitely see if this place is available!!! Thank you!

Clean and Comfortable

There was some confusion about our check-in as apparently it was done by a property management company who couldn’t find our reservation. But, they were pleasant and helpful and got us through the process without any real delays. The property is nice, clean and comfortable. Great amenities like a big screen tv, surround sound speakers, full kitchen and deck. They even provided coffee for us. The only hiccup is that we are on an extended vacation and we’re supposed to have access to a washer and dryer but the renter that shares the property left his laundry in the wash for two days which was very inconvenient. Overall we were pleased. It’s a nice upstairs apartment above the garage. It’s about 30 mins from Acadia and Bar Harbor.

Everything was as we needed it. Unfortunately, the oven didn't get cleaned properly and caused a smoke fest for us. Also, the cushions by the big windows need a thorough cleaning, as they have spots that we didn't feel comfortable sitting on.
