We have stayed for several years now. We love it that much. Location is peaceful and relaxing yet close to hiking and great food. Host is responsive and very knowledgeable of the area.

We cannot say enough about this property. It is exactly as described. A beautiful home in the most beautiful setting. Everything you could ever need is here. And The Masons have been wonderful. Very, very accommodating. Went above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for an awesome trip! And we can’t wait to come back!!

Cabin was just what we needed. The views we amazing and the property provided for plenty of rest and relaxationCabin had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful week at the cabin. We loved its remote location while still being in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Nate provided excellent suggestions for food and where to get what. He was alsoincredibly responsive to any queries we had while there. We rented kayaks and paddle boards for the week- Nate provided details for this too- which was amazing given we had direct access to the water. Really loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It was our first time in Maine for a quick visit. This was the cutest cabin and surrounded by beautiful scenery. I was very happy with our stay. It was such a peaceful environment. The hosts were very responsive and added special touches in the cabin. It was a great stay!

The photos in the listing don’t do this property justice. It is dropdead gorgeous in every aspect. Meticulous thought was put into the space and has so many amenities. This is truly a one of a kind place for a family or a couple needing to recharge and be next to nature and joy a great home.

This was our fourth stay at this property and we are returning again next year! Peaceful, relaxing, close to MDI and yet not too close, so you have space. It’s a special place.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this cabin. Very private with excellent access to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Short drive to Ellsworth. The cabin was the perfect place for our stay. Host was very responsive as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Come back every year. It’s still an awesome cabin and the setting there’s nothing better. Can’t wait to go back again. We build fires and roast hot dogs and marshmallows in the snow! Great cabin for kids. Warm and cozy.

Love the location, my kids spent a lot of time exploring the stream and woods by the house. The house is clean, comfy and had everything we needed.

Magic

What a perfect location and home to base your trip to Maine. The location was quiet and peaceful, simply lovely. The owners were communicative and the home is super clean and cozy. We had the best time here and the cabin setting was like a dream.

Absolutely serene

The cabin and surrounding nature was the perfect serene escape for us. The floor plan allows for a sense of togetherness while still allowing for alone space. Hosts were very helpful and we hope to come back and stay here again.
