Lovely 2 Bedroom apartment located in a rural setting. Within walking distance to Niagara River and Gratwick park. (10 mins)
The space
The owner lives onsite in the Main house. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 bay garage, located away from the road in the backyard behind the Main house. There are 2 apartments on the second floor. Only one is available to rent as the other is occupied. The apartment is approx. 870 sq feet.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the balcony and backyard.
Other things to note
There is lots of wildlife in the area including rabbits, raccoons, skunks, fox, wild turkeys, hawks, deer and coyotes. Please do not feed the wildlife.

Tonawanda vacation

Was very relaxing, loved the town and place we stayed. Host was very accommodating. The place was very clean and never had to ask for anything.

Great place to relax

It was a great property, very clean, quiet and beautiful. We were just the right distance away from Niagara to no have to deal with all the craziness.

Perfect country retreat

Great cenrral location from the Buffalo airport to Canadian border. Loved this sweet spot and would definitely stay again. It was clean and spacious. The host was very helpful.

Nice clean place

We had a great overnight stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was very helpful and told us about a close local ice cream shop to go to which was great.

Amazing

Such a wonderful place to stay. Was there for 5 nights and felt like home. Owners on site were helpful and very hospitable. One of the best VRBOs i have stayed at as they supply everything you need. If your going to the Falls or the Bills game this is a must stay place, will return here when back in the area.

Quiet relaxing convenient retreat close to Niagara Falls

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment very well equipped with all amenities. Very clean and extra comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family to pile into the living room. Great communication with host.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is terrific. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very well stocked with everything you might need. The owner is very quick to respond with any question you may have and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants.

Beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. Lovely welcome package. Well stocked kitchen. Owners on property provided assistance as needed. Perfect for couples or small families. Will definitely book again for family visits.

Outstanding!

So comfortable! Felt like home! You can tell when a host puts extra effort into their rental and this is one of those! Every amenity you could ask for. And the shower was better than most of the high end hotels I've stayed in! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Beautiful and Clean

This rental was so clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing, the location was quiet and private, and the host went out of their way to leave us muffins for the next morning. We loved staying here and would suggest it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay when visiting Buffalo or Niagara Falls. Thank you.

Extended stay

The owners are on site and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair to the owners. My wife and I go back home to Buffalo at least once a year, and if there’s availability this will be the place on the top of our list. Thank you Dennis, Cheryl and Charlotte for making us feel right at home, and having a great place to stay! Can’t wait to see you guys again Don & Lori
