This waterfront home offers the views of Big Cypress Bayou on Caddo Lake with plenty of space for outside dining or inside dining. This fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home is unique with separate entry for downstairs as well as upstairs. Downstairs you will find the kitchen equipped with electric stove stainless refrigerator, microwave ,toaster , kuerig coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. It has a unique glass wall bedroom equipped with a queen size bed and full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer. Upstairs has a deck area and opens up to living area with plenty of window views to enjoy. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious and you can relax after a day of water and sun fun in the jetted soaker tub. The yard is completely fenced and offers plenty of parking on the outside of fenced area. The boat house has a lift for your boat and area for swimming with a ladder.

Great location

Nice accommodation. Adequate for our family. However two of the beds were futons which were not feasible for our two teenagers. Refrigerator was not working upon arrival. The property manager very promptly took care of the situation. Much appreciated her due diligence.

Not Returning

Nice atmospheric place with a pretty view.. But the ammenities listed were not there..no wifi, no kayaks or canoe, unusable firepit, Refrigerator did not cool and the ac unit had black mold. Tv did not work and uncomfortable beds and chairs. She was very nice but not helpful except for bringing fishing poles and bait for something to dotnocano,refrig the

Nice,and peaceful,

Was a nice place .hosts were great .place is well kept . Right on the water.and down from state park.a public boat ramp..lots of wildlife even seen a gator.got some fish, ohhh and will be back

Good spot on the river

Had some problems with the plumbing the first night but she came out as soon as we called and brought out a plumber the next day and fixed it right up. The grill on the property was very old and rusted so had to buy one those cheap ones to grill- out, other than that it's a nice place, kinda small but a good spot on the river to relax ,fish ,kayak and enjoy your time on the river!!!

Amazing

Lovely cottage! I love the fact that it didn't have internet! Just a short walk to the dock! The fenced in yard was a life saver since the neighbors had a dog but couldn't get to us.

Great location with great amenities

The boat dock was great, the house was clean along with the property. Only complaint is upstairs air conditioner was very weak. Couldn’t be up there without sweating in the middle of the day. Second night everyone had to sleep downstairs.

Way over priced and not listed correctly.. The worst VRBO we have rented ..

The septic tank was full and running over .. We reported this to the hostess amd were told it was just gray water running out from under the house. The smell was awful, the toilets wouldnt flush and the water drained very slow. The whole house rattles and shakes when you flush the upstairs toilet. We did not even try to take a shower it was so bad. This house is listed as a 3 bedroom and it is not . The main part is a studio at best and so there is no privacy. The 2 bedrooms upstairs is one bedroom with door the doesnt have a door nob on it just a hole. The door doesnt shut properly. The other bed is just crammed in a corner of the main room with wall to wall windows with no curtains and a outside street light shinning in the window all night. Not to mention you have to climb from the end of the bed to get in it instead of the side. The dock was awsome but the yard was full of trash and ant mounds everywhere.. .. This property is not safe for children . Even if the septic worked this property is way over priced. .

Great place to relax.

The property for the most part is very nice, it just needs a little TLC. The house itself was great!, with all new appliances and plenty of space to move around. The beds were comfortable and there were fans to keep cool (I tend to get hot when sleeping now matter how low we turn the A/C at night). My wife was disappointed with the jetted tub. It worked fine, it's just it was rather small (more deep than long). Now on to the TLC part, the gas grill on the back porch being used as a charcoal grill is a fire hazard. The holes in the bottom allow hot coals to fall out onto the deck and ground below. The stairs leading down into the water are falling apart and are pretty much unusable as well as a safety hazard with rusted nails sticking out everywhere on it. And the boat lift system is out of adjustment causing it not to work properly. We had a small aluminum boat that we tried to put in the lift, but because the motor and pulley is out of alignment, when they were put under a load the belt would jump track and not lift the boat. The lift itself will move up and down, but with the added weight of even a small boat, it's just not going to work (very frustrating). All in all we had great time, but I do think a few things need to be addressed by the owner that would make the rental a little more enjoyable and safe for everyone.
