Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools! Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE:



The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

We had a great stay at this property. Our room was clean & as described, the view from the balcony was lovely and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pools, hot tub & lazy river on the cooler days. Would stay there again!

All in all it was ok .. until the toilet quit working for over 24 hrs .. all I asked was for a credit are some refund .. that’s when I have gotten no response .. so not a happy camper also they sent me a email asking for a five star review anything less than a three that I may never be able to rent from them again …. I think this should be illegal

We chose this place for a quick beach trip and overall had a good experience. The location was great, the view was amazing and convenient to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.We would consider staying again.Communication was great and check in/out was flawless.Thank you Julie!

This place was a great deal considering the location and view. I loved being able to see the ocean from my balcony. They also have chair and umbrella rentals, if interested. The 2 things I think need improving is the cleanliness of the Building and unit and the internet is horrible. If internet isnt working, we’re expected to contact the wireless company for support. That’s not something I’m interested in doing on vacation. If you’re looking for a great deal, you won’t find anything better with this view.

Beautiful Condo

Super easy check in and check out! Clean and cozy! Had everything we needed and was right on the beach!! Property manager was super nice and very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

We were able to get into the unit with no problem. The smell of mildew immediately hit us as we walked in. The multiple roach traps were not inviting.The entire building looked run down and not maintained properly. We looked for the parking pass and our pool bracelets and they were no where to be found. I messaged the host right away they claimed they were messaging the HOA and members of their team to get us a parking pass and pool bracelets. I would inquire about an update on our parking pass and pool bracelets and I would get the same generic response. At one point I was told to ask the front desk for a pass and bracelets and of course they refused because we didn’t rent from them. We went down to the pool to see if everyone had bracelets on and they did, plus there were multiple signs warning that pool bracelets must be worn to enter the pool area. We didn’t want any embarrassment so we left. We ended making a homemade parking pass for our car and couldn’t use the pool or hot tub the entire trip. This could have been resolved the first day by sending someone over with our pass and pool bracelets. The fresh paint and updated furniture couldn’t hide the fact that there is a mold or mildew issue. Despite me cleaning and spraying fabric refresher the smell lingered. The bathroom tiles and baseboards were disgusting! Water poured under the front door during a thunderstorm and we had to put towels down. No compensation was offered! We would not stay at this property again.

Good place

Check in was easy. Building is dated but it is clean and everything was as described. They also worked with me to get in a day early and I appreciate that.

Caught a Big Fish

Excellent room, resort and location. All facilities were top notch. We had difficulties with the internet and wi fi cutting out. The only problem. We will not be holidaying in the U.S. until this tariff nonsense is over. When it is over we would certainly return.

The room itself was as described and clean but sparsely equipped. 1 dish towel, no kitchen sponge, no paper towels, etc. The property, grounds and building are in need of major maintenance. The hot tubs were cold, however, 2 of them were fixed by day 3 and the last one was fixed our last day. They can use a good power washing as the green on the cement made the water look dirty. Our contact Julie did respond to our concerns but basically said the building maintenance is the HOA responsibility. The whole property could use an upgrade and power washing. There is no one onsite for questions. I will say that upon booking with VRBO I didn’t realize I was dealing with a rental company and not a private owner. The constant e-mails trying to sell extra days and the ominous e-mails about extra charges for everything from getting the towels or sheets dirty to not setting the TV properly made our vacation stressful. All in all the rental room was as described and the view from the balcony was amazing. Julie was very responsive to our e mails but dealing with rental company was stressful.

Although this property is older, the unit was perfect for a get-away for two. The unit sleeps six, but four people would be together in the living room. The balcony overlooking the ocean is protected and lovely with two rocking chairs and little table. Wonderful for coffee, breakfast, or cocktail. Loved the galley kitchen and living room, which can all be separate from the bedroom by heavy doors. Lots of towels and cooking wear. Two low beach chairs, great property for families with splash pad, little lazy river, pool, hot tub, and another indoor pool. Our only issue was the ID verification process after booking the property. The owner accommodated us by letting us stop by their rental office to verify us in person.

The location of this condo is perfect with easy beach access and other accommodations, however I do feel it needs some attention before the next guests and deep cleaning. There should be extra sheets and pillows with cases that are clean in the condo for the murphy bed and the sofa bed. All that we could find were dirty and not usable. I did contact the owners and they sent up clean ones quickly. The bathroom specifically in the corners of the floor needs a deep clean and scrub as well as the area around the murphy bed and where it pulls down. Lastly, on our last night we had a couple of roaches crawling up the wall which made it difficult to sleep without thinking about them. There was bait for them in a couple of areas of the condo, but this is a definite deterrent.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests should be aware of what they’re booking.Before arrival, both my husband and I were required to provide photo IDs, photos of the front and back of our credit cards, a signed verification form, and a selfie holding our driver’s licenses before receiving the check-in code. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and have never encountered a verification process this extensive. I was on my way to the airport and had to pull over to complete the requirements so my husband could access the unit at check-in.Upon arrival, the building appeared dated and poorly maintained. There was water and debris in the common areas, and the outdoor carpeted hallways had a strong damp, musty odor.Inside the unit, there was a noticeable musty smell along with a cigarette smoke odor. We also observed cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom appeared worn, had an unpleasant odor, and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, frequently shifting between very hot and very cold.One concerning issue was that the smoke detector was hanging from the wall rather than being properly mounted.The listing advertises free parking, but parking is first-come, first-served. By the time we arrived, no spaces were available, which was frustrating and not something we expected when booking.Communication was also difficult. Reaching someone by phone was challenging, and resolving concerns during the stay was not as straightforward as expected

First impression was the view from the balcony is the best thing about the place! Other things we noticed was it could use a good deep cleaning and a new fridge. There's visible rust all over the fridge and the decorative pillows on the couch made it look dingy as the material was extremely picked and not intact with the pillow. The shower does not stay hot for long so we learned to take quick showers. Then we noticed we were only provided with 3 towels when the host knew we had 5 guest and the place slept 6 people. They did get us towels the next day at 1:00pm after they told us it would be delivered in the morning. Oh and the pull out sofa also needs to be replaced it looked like a wave mattress from uneven wear. We would not choose to stay here again.
