Great for family

Nice place to stay. Easy access to the highway and amenities. Quick access through the garage and easy parking. House was clean and perfect for a big family.

Scenic Property with Mountain Views and Room for Enhancements 🌄

Our recent stay at this property was a blend of positive experiences and a few challenges. Let’s dive into the details: Positives: Location: The property’s location is a standout feature. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, it offers breathtaking views of the nearby mountains. Host Communication: Throughout our stay, communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and accommodating. Challenges: Cleanliness: Unfortunately, we encountered cleanliness issues. The house wasn’t as pristine as we expected, and the bed sheets left something to be desired. Bed Space Constraints: Although the property is advertised for 12 people, comfortably accommodating our group of 10 proved tricky. We sought the host’s permission to bring inflatable beds, which helped alleviate the bed space crunch. Overall Impression: Despite the hiccups, our visit to Salt Lake City was enjoyable. With a little attention to cleanliness and perhaps some adjustments to the bed space layout, this property could be an even better choice for future guests. I personally recommend this property, keeping in mind the need for those minor improvements. 🌟

Outstanding host

We just came into town for a quick trip to the Lagoon for our kids' birthday. The house was clean and well equipped for a group. A mirror fell off the table when we were there and broke, and we were all very worried we'd be "in trouble" for it. But Yohanna was very gracious. She also didn't complain about mailing back my daughter's earbuds she left in her room. We felt like terrible guests but she didn't treat us like it. The graciousness was very appreciated. On that note, the home was very clean and perfect for our stay. We'd definitely return.

We rented this great little place so we could take the kids to Lagoon for the day. On arrival everything was clean and tidy. The neighbors were friendly as we were unloading. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. Plenty of pans and plates and silverware. We had a great stay!

Great townhome with lots of space and room for minor improvements

There was some confusion on the check-in process as the owner thought the information to check would be supplied by VRBO, but VRBO said no information had been supplied and so I needed to contact the owner. After a few messages back and forth, we got the instructions on checking in. A folder or paperwork at the property with checkout and cleaning instructions would have been helpful. Again, there was nothing on the site so I had to message the owner for information. The townhome is very clean and pretty well-maintained. There were sections of wall and baseboard that looked like they had recently been repaired but the sanding and painting hadn’t been completed. The kitchen was a little under stocked. There was only one bowl and we could have used baking sheets, a cutting board, a bread knife and oven mitts/hot pads. It was odd that we only received five towels for our five guests as some people like to use more than one towel when bathing. Extra towels would have been appreciated. Plus the five were a bit hard to find. We finally found them underneath the bathroom sinks. There were some lights out in the owner’s suite bathroom and it was inconvenient to not have a key to a door or a garage door opener. The code on the garage door worked fine, it was just inconvenient to keep getting in and out of the car. There were garbage and recycling bins in the garage but no info on what could be recycled or if we needed to put the bins out for pickup. The strangest part was the lack of any furniture (beyond beds) in the two ‘kids’ rooms upstairs. No dresser, no nightstand, no lamps. Reading in bed had to be done with the overhead light. And a couple of extra hangers in the closets would have been appreciated as well. Regulating the temperature required closing all the vents on the top floor so that the top floor wasn’t overly hot and the bottom floor wasn’t frigid. Overall, it was a lovely space that was nicely decorated and very clean. A couple of touch ups and additions would go a long way to make it a perfect stay.
