Relax in the deep spa bathtub. Located on the second story of a home in the historical district, within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Free street parking right in front.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a fine and face immediate eviction

We live in Hot Springs, but not on site. We are available by phone or through the Airbnb App.
Pets are allowed, but please pick up after them inside and outside of the unit. Pets must be kenneled if left alone in the apartment. No pets over 40 lbs. No more than 2 pets at a time. No smoking in the unit. Guests must pick up after themselves inside and outside. Guests must abide by the city noise ordinance and keep noise down between 10PM and 7AM.
