Enjoy a Funky Living Area to Lounge, Play Games or Stream your Favorite Movie on the 65" 4k TV. The Kitchen is Fully Stocked and you will Sleep Well in the Brand New King Size Bed! It is the Perfect Home Base for your Hot Springs Getaway! Located in the Historic District, just 2 Blocks from Central Ave. *FREE PARKING*


After a Day out Exploring, Snuggle into the King Size Bed and Relax or Stream a Movie on the 42" Smart TV.

The Ensuite features a Tub with Tile Shower Surround and Complimentary Toiletries.

The Tangerine is Side "B" of a Duplex with the Clementine next door! If you are Traveling with Family or Friends and want to stay close, inquire about Renting BOTH!

This property was in a great location for us, we like to be able to leave our car parked and walk everywhere. Our only complaint is the comfort, the bed is hard, the pillows are hard and the living room furniture is uncomfortable as all get out. It’s a good thing we only had this place for two nights.

I am shocked that you did not reach out with your many concerns, Yvonne. We would have gladly refunded your 2 night stay allowing you to find other accommodations. We cannot please every guest with our mattress, (which is less than a year old, memory foam and medium firmness), but we certainly go the extra mile to keep our guests comfortable - as that is our priority. I do not think it is necessary to address your other comments based on the tone and sarcasm of your review. It is truly unfortunate for both of us that we hosted you.

Quick trip to Hot Springs

Great property for a couple. Within easy walking distance to bathhouse Row and many restaurants. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wow- this home was perfect for my fiance and I and our pup!!! The home was cute, bed was comfy, and the neighborhood was spot-on. Plenty of bars and restaurants that were dog-friendly within walking distance. 10/10 would recommend!!

Absolutely perfect!

The CUTEST, most well stocked place we’ve ever stayed! So fresh and bright, it had everything we could have needed. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay there again if it’s available on our next trip to Hot Springs!

The host was very welcoming offering to help with any thing I needed to know about what was going on in Hot Springs. The duplex-tangerine is decorated in such a fun warm manner. King bed was very comfy and spices and waffle ingredients were left by host. Nice touch.

Nice Stay

Great location with a wonderful Mexican restaurant a 2 minute walk away. We had a few issues that the host responded to and made right(internet and coffee pot). We loved the colors and the space. It is an older home so there are some soft spots in the kitchen floor that were a little concerning and the mattress was very firm, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I'm sorry to hear you did not sleep well on the brand new, king size, 12" memory foam mattress, it is medium (which our guests have loved!). I bought a brand new Keurig machine and credited you back $25 for buying coffee that 1st morning and tried to make everything right for you. I'm sorry to read I did not succeed in making your stay a 5 star experience, that is certainly what we strive for!
