This was a great trip! Philip as our host was great! The location was just what we needed. Easy to get to easy to get out. Close to our son who is in college in Hot Springs. We loved how cozy it was. The pool was great and what can I say about the view. Right in front of the lake. We are definitely going to try to get this condo the next time we come to watch our son play baseball! Great.

Unit was very clean and felt comfortable. It's in a gated community so we felt safe and the view of the lake/dock was beautiful. Everything was provided in bathroom and kitchen. Shout out to 2 cans of sprites & disposable toothbrushes.

Before our stay, Philip reached out with general information about the property and to make sure we didn’t have any questions. Upon arrival, this VRBO was clean. The A/C cooled perfectly, the condo was stocked with everything and more, and the location was central to everything we did. Our itenerary was packed. It was super easy to leave and return. The pool was finished with construction and was so clean and nice. The views were incredible. I would 100% recommend the stay here. We will be back.
