Conveniently located close to downtown without having to be right in the middle of the chaos. The home was clean and comfortable and our host was communicative and made our stay easy. Would stay here again!

Five stars! Wonderful accommodations! We stayed in this lovely home to recuperate after I had surgery at Duke. The house was just as advertised and the neighborhood was cozy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area!

The property was as described. Clean, had everything we needed in a home away from home. The low toilets were a difficulty. Communication with the owner was an excellent.

An excellent property for a business trip. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was very good. A good value. Lots of good restaurants nearby and very accessible to shopping areas and major roads.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a track meet for a family of 5, and the space was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. We also loved that a shopping center was close by, which made meals and last-minute errands super easy. Would definitely stay again!

As a Durham native visiting home, this Vrbo was the perfect stay! Cozy, clean, and full of charm—close to great food and all my favorite spots. The host was warm and welcoming and communicated well.I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bull City!

The kitchen was basically equipped, good if you are just staying for a few days to a week. It had nice knives, a pizza cutter, and cork screws.We stayed for a month so we bought a cheese grater, dry measuring cups, and extra dish towels.There are many shops in the area and many hiking trails nearby. It is convenient to everything. The house was clean and the Host communicated quickly.

Convenient Location

This is our second stay at this location. It is well appointed and very comfortable and clean. It is within minutes of Duke Hospital and clinics, grocery stores etc.

Clean, well-located home in Durham

We stayed at this property for a weekend while visiting family in the area. It was great for our group of 4 adults. Very clean, and the location was perfect - our family, Duke, and downtown Durham were all within a 10 min. or so drive. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Very comfortable, beautiful home with a large backyard. Very nicely decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and had everything we needed.

Duke Visit

We stayed in this cute little house as our son attended a summer program at Duke. The house was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, but driving distance to many amenities.
