Welcome to Hillandale Oasis! This newly updated ranch style house is mins from Duke University Hospital & VA Hospital, Duke University, UNC Chapel Hill, DPAC & Durham Bulls Stadium. Nestled in a cul-de-sac & quiet neighborhood of long-term residents. Sleeps up to (6) with plenty of space to be comfy. Natural lighting in all areas with large windows in the Livingroom. A perfect place to make your short/long term stay comfortable. Great for local college visits, travel nurses, business and leisure.

*Minimal Cleaning Fee is charged to our guest. Savings of 50% per booking.

An excellent property for a business trip. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with host was very good. A good value. Lots of good restaurants nearby and very accessible to shopping areas and major roads.

We had a great stay! We were in town for a track meet for a family of 5, and the space was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. We also loved that a shopping center was close by, which made meals and last-minute errands super easy. Would definitely stay again!

As a Durham native visiting home, this Vrbo was the perfect stay! Cozy, clean, and full of charm—close to great food and all my favorite spots. The host was warm and welcoming and communicated well.I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bull City!

The kitchen was basically equipped, good if you are just staying for a few days to a week. It had nice knives, a pizza cutter, and cork screws.We stayed for a month so we bought a cheese grater, dry measuring cups, and extra dish towels.There are many shops in the area and many hiking trails nearby. It is convenient to everything. The house was clean and the Host communicated quickly.

Convenient Location

This is our second stay at this location. It is well appointed and very comfortable and clean. It is within minutes of Duke Hospital and clinics, grocery stores etc.

Clean, well-located home in Durham

We stayed at this property for a weekend while visiting family in the area. It was great for our group of 4 adults. Very clean, and the location was perfect - our family, Duke, and downtown Durham were all within a 10 min. or so drive. Host was very communicative and responsive.

Really nice!

Very comfortable, beautiful home with a large backyard. Very nicely decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and had everything we needed.

Duke Visit

We stayed in this cute little house as our son attended a summer program at Duke. The house was perfect for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, but driving distance to many amenities.

Absolutely Perfect

From high quality furnishings & linens to little extras and great communication, every need was thoughtfully predicted and met. What a sweet haven in a quiet neighborhood!We came from out of state for surgery at Duke; this home was ideal! It’s a perfect location— a quick drive away from Duke, grocery stores, restaurants, and highways.

Great house for a small family.

We were in town for a family wedding and the house and location were perfect. House was clean and very well appointed meeting our needs. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was because we had dogs barking next door late into the night.

Great space

We enjoyed the Durham area and wish we had more time to stay. The well-stocked kitchen would have been out to use. Thanks for coffee set-up and soaps, etc. Very kind and had everything we needed.
