I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this Host and property. Darling , so comfortable, clean , close to everything - very very well stocked -the beds were super comftable. Hosts were very attentive and responsive!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Durham. The house was perfect for our needs, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Durham area.

First, I would definitely rent this home again when our family comes to Durham. It's very clean. I contacted the owner about some minor maintenance items. If they get handled, I'd give 5 stars on our next visit.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to our favorite spots in Durham and Hillsborough. Duke Forest is also nearby, with many good walking/hiking trails. Highly recommended!

We did not meet the host directly, but she was very responsive to my messages. The home was very clean and spacious. We found the location to be very convenient to what we needed to do in Durham and Chapel Hill. I would not hesitate to book this property if we visit the area in the future.

Nice spot in Durham!

VERY clean and comfortable home with just about everything we needed! (A house info sheet regarding the TVs and labels on some of the switches would have been helpful.) Perfectly located for what we wanted to do in the area. Would stay again!

Home Away from Home

Great 10 day get away for the holiday. Charming home perfect for two or four people. The location was very convenient to the airport, dinning and other activities that brought us to Durham. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving with Family

Spacious, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Dog walkers passed daily. Conveniently located near central Durham freeway and Duke University.

Very convenient location as close to Duke University. Clean and nicely maintained house. Responsive host. I will definitely look to rent in the future. Backyard patio could be setup better with nice seating, table and grill to enjoy the outdoors/weather. I’m sure in time this will be done as I believe it’s a new listings.

This house was perfect for us. We stayed in Durham for a week to receive treatment at Duke. The house was very convenient to the hospital. As my husband was having 2 surgeries, we were very concerned about cleanliness. I didn’t need to be concerned. It was wonderful. The neighborhood was very safe, allowing me to walk alone and enjoy some outside time. There is also a covered area in the backyard to relax at the end of the day. I reached out to the host a couple of times during our stay. She responded immediately each time and was very helpful. We highly recommend this house and the host.

Cute house with in quiet neighborhood

This was a clean quiet house. Perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself. There was another room that we didn’t use. It had every thing we needed except face clothes and a few more towels. For people that might be tech challenged, instructions for TV and thermostat would have helped but we figured it out. Would definitely rent again if we go to Raleigh/Durham area. 😊😊😊

Considering the high ratings other gave i was pretty disappointed. The showers had the worst pressure I've experienced in quite some time (including cheap hotels, lovely hotels, cheap vrbos, expensive ones, personal homes). I have super short hair and i postponed washing it til i got home to not have to wash it there. The light switches are very weird, so you walk in the house and the switches right there turn on the porch light and nothing else, you have to walk across a dark room to turn on the kitchen light. In the lower level bath, there is a motion sensor light so if you want to use the toilet in the night, the blaring lights illuminate your brain in exactly the way the neurologists say not to for getting to sleep again. Upstairs, there is something askew with the floor or the walls...the person who slept up there felt constantly dizzy. I don't know why the others reviewed this property so highly but i was disappointed

Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when we had questions. It was an amazing location being close to Duke medical center. Easy check in and check out process. One of the cleanest VRBO’s I have ever rented.
