Would stay again !!

Quick trip to Miami. House is very clean and spacious. No issues and it’s in a good location. I would definitely stay here again.

Stay in Miami Area

The house was well located for our business appointments. It was surprisingly quiet at night with minimal traffic noise. We enjoyed being able to 'wind down' some on the back porch area. Very nice touch. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Simplicity

Centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami and close to the airport. Clean and all main amenities available, more than we actually needed or used. We were there for the Formula One weekend events and the Vrbo was just outside of the chaos from the race. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay!

Our only complaint was that we only planned a two day stay before our cruise. The house was spacious, very clean & located close to a variety of restaurants. The host was quick to respond & check in was easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

Clean but not enough amenities and poor location

Our recent stay at this VRBO left much to be desired. While the interior of the house boasted a charming ambiance, our overall experience was overshadowed by several shortcomings. Firstly, the location of the property raised safety concerns, especially for a solo traveler like myself. The surrounding area did not feel secure, making it uncomfortable to come and go, particularly during late hours. Furthermore, the lack of essential amenities was disappointing. Despite the listing's promise of providing adequate supplies for a five-day stay, we found ourselves running short on basic necessities. There were no extra trash bags provided, forcing us to make do with what little was initially supplied. Similarly, the limited supply of dish soap and shampoo barely lasted us a day, leaving us scrambling to find alternatives. Additionally, the shortage of towels meant we had to reuse damp towels throughout our stay, which was far from ideal. To add to our discomfort, we encountered bugs in the cabinets, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness. While we understand that minor issues can arise in any living space, the presence of pests detracted from our overall enjoyment and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. Despite these drawbacks, it's worth noting that the potential for a pleasant stay is there. With some attention to detail and improvements in the provided amenities, this VRBO has the opportunity to offer guests a more comfortable and

I stayed here with 2 other girls for a beginning of the year girls trip. Overall this property is clean and very cute. Although there were a couple downfalls that weren’t mentioned in the description; one being that there was only TWO rolls of toilet paper provided and that’s it we had to buy our own. Also, the fridge had an ice maker but it wasn’t hooked up and a small bag of ice was in the fridge, after that we had to buy our own. The neighborhood is also very noisy, I know that’s not the hosts fault but just for reference. There was loud music until about 3 am both Friday and Saturday night. Lastly, it is advertised that the beach is only minutes away from the beach but every day no matter what time we left it took over 30 minutes to get to the beach!! So prepare yourselves.

We stayed post cruise for seveal days. Comfortable house in quiet area. Close to highway and beach. Host nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

As advertised

We can in for the Dolphins MNF game and hotel prices were through the roof. Very nice and affordable place to stay. We loved our time here and would definitely come back and stay again. Highly Recommended.
