Close to shops, banks, restaurants and The Canaveral National Sea Shore, Space X, Rocket launches. The home is alarmed for added security. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans . Free Wi-Fi, laundry and parking.

Very clean, nicely furnished home in quiet neighborhood. Love the fact that it was dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch with my morning. Coffee would definitely recommend.

Helmut our host was excellent as always, this is our second year staying at this location. Property is as described and our host was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again I think says it all.

Great Rental

This property is clean, quiet, and most importantly has comfortable beds. We had to do a lot of work clearing my cousin's home because he passed away. We got a good night's sleep every night we were there, which made the work SO much easier each and every day! If I'm in Titusville again, this place will be my first choice to stay!

Amazing Stay

Cannot express how pleased we were. After having a reservation cancel the morning of our trip, Else came through with an amazing place. Clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, and everything we needed. We indebted to Else and Helmut for saving our vacation and we will always inquire here first. Thank you again.

Convenient and quiet

Easy access to expressways, grocery stores, restaurants. The house was comfortable enough for us. They have a cute little patio in back which would be nice in cooler weather. Didn’t see a coffee pot or salt/pepper shakers. Neighborhood quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

We never heard from owner on what the key code was. Had to contact Expedia to contact them to talk with us. We had a 3-night stay. Only enough toilet paper for 1 day. No shampoo nor body soap as advertised. No grill that we saw. It’s a basic 50’s house in a bit of a run down neighborhood. Letter couch & chairs that once you sit on you can’t get back up. TV was set for Spanish and we couldn’t change it to English in Netflix. But I have to say, I never slept so good. And we were close to the launch pad and saw a rocket launch.

The house was lovely. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Everything needed was provided. Manager easy to reach and quick to respond.

Titusville house

The house was as advertised. It had plenty of amenities and shops/restaurants close by. The beds weren't the best and the pillows in our room were hard. The screened in porch was a nice feature.

Excellent stay, it was extremely nice to have a fenced in back yard for our Golden Retriever. Met a couple of the neighbors, they were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend our Co-host Helmut and the property.

Nice beach-style home

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Nice house, perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in area - especially Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, where I spend most mornings. Fenced in backyard is great for our pups. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway!

I took my mom and I here for her birthday. Really enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. We appreciated the little birthday card and gift they had when we walked in. It was a very nice touch!! We also took our dog who loved the fenced in backyard. We were able to see and hear the rockets go up at NASA, as well! I would definitely recommend this property if staying in Titusville!!
