This spacious townhouse is located on a beautiful lake in the center of the historic district of St. Andrews. Just two blocks away from the waterfront where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, local shops and the marina. The beautiful white beaches of Panama City are just a 15-minute drive away.
The 1000 square foot townhouse was renovated in early 2019 after hurricane Michael and equipped with brand new furnishings. Wake up to the absolutely peaceful view of the lake from your bedroom or while enjoying coffee or tea from the porch . Do you like fishing?—- you can do so from our dock!
Twelve minutes to the ball tournaments at the Publix Sport Complex on Chip Seal Parkway (avoid the back beach road traffic jams).

Very convenient to both beach front and the Lynnhaven areas. The home was spacious and had standard supplies. Master bedroom was warm and the bedding was harder than we prefer, but other than that, we had a great stay.

The host was quick to reply with any questions that I had. This place was perfect for my family while we were in Florida for a week. My sons loved the lake behind the townhouse, especially sitting out on the balcony in the evenings... It is so peaceful! The rooms were very clean and spacious

Quiet area close to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. the beach isn’t a far drive. Very clean and well stocked. The keypad would stick so we would have to enter the code several times to get it to work, but overall an excellent stay and experience and I would definitely book it again.

Our family of 4 fit perfectly in this unit. The view here is so pretty. We loved having the little back dock just outside and enjoyed going down to the lake often. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and such, which was nice. The accommodations were nice as far as the amount of garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs that were given to us and felt appreciative of that. We loved the balcony access off the master bedroom. The little area that the home is in is quiet and not overcrowded. The master bedroom bed was a little too firm for my liking but all in all.. we really loved this place.

The stay was wonderful & I would book again. The entire place was clean and complete with everything we needed. The kitchen had cookware, cutlery, plates, and cups. The kitchen was fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, toaster, & coffee maker. The bathroom and bedroom had clean fresh linens. There was a washer & dryer with detergent. The decor was absolutely lovely & the views outback were stunning.

This place is charming. Absolutely charming. I loved watching the fish jump ALL THE TIME- listen to the live music across the Bay, walk into the downtown, so great. Very responsive. The only reason I said 4 versus 5 Star is because the place needs some very small upgrades that would bve easy to do and would push it to a full 5 star. I would stay there again anytime. Thank you!

Location!

Really enjoyed being within walking distance from so many great restaurants and bars. A good atmosphere, more laid back than over at the beach.

Great for small family

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting our son at Gulf Coast state College. The area is quiet, and the lake behind the condo was a beautiful setting (balcony off the upstairs) and walk out to a small dock on the first floor.The condo was very clean and had what we needed.

Very nice place

We enjoyed sitting on the porch by the lagoon and watching the osprey nest. The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. The owner was easy to communicate with.

There was an issue with the stovetop and the hosts jumped on it quickly. Appreciate the response and care.Was a very nice, quiet property. Easy to get anywhere we needed to go in PC
