Restored Charming Florida Cottage
Fantastic Location!
All you need is your flip flops and bathing suit!
Walking distance to the beach, downtown St. Andrews and downtown Panama City. Quiet neighborhood but still in the middle of all there is to love about Panama City and the St. Andrews area.
Dogs allowed with prior approval. Please contact host directly through VRBO.

THE SPACE:
As you enter this beautifully restored 1942 Florida Cottage, you are greeted first by the charming Florida room where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning, a cocktail in the evening or both! From there you are welcomed into the living room and dining room spaces, both offering a stunning backdrop of exposed brick and charm galore!

The tastefully decorated living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, television and inviting spaces to curl up with a good book. Next up, the beautiful kitchen is truly at the heart of this home! It is nestled between the dining room and the enclosed back porch so you are still part of the conversation while whipping up a gourmet meal! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The enclosed porch comes complete with comfy seating, electric fireplace, television, coffee station and plenty of games and reading for all ages.
Step down into the attached game room and you’ll find a foosball table, card table, more games and the laundry facilities.

The back yard is fully fenced with tons of space for corn hole, frisbee, or just relaxing under the covered seating area. Additional amenities include a fire-pit, BBQ grill, beach wagon, beach chairs and toys to make your day on the beach perfect!

3 full bedrooms each with queen beds, closets and dressers. Each is also equipped with room darkening shades. *PLEASE NOTE* the closet in the back bedroom is an owners closet and remains locked. There is a wardrobe and hanging rack in the bedroom for your use. Full bath with tub and shower, start up shampoo, conditioner and soap included!

The house is located 1.5 blocks from St. Andrews Bay to the south with a public beach access and 2 blocks to Lake Caroline to the east. You are 1 mile to downtown St. Andrews where you will find tons of great restaurants, shopping and the St. Andrews Marina! Also only 2 miles from downtown Panama City which is undergoing a wonderful revitalization!

The entire house is at your disposal. The only restrictions are the outdoor shed and the owners closet in bedroom #1
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed in the house, If you smoke outside, please do not leave butts in the yard.

Absolutely no parties without prior approval from management.
Beach equipment in the back yard is here for to use, we just ask that you return it to it's spot before you check out.

I had another wonderful stay at this cute cottage in St. Andrews. There is a nice little private beach close by right on the bay! There are also some great seafood restaurants just down the street! Highly recommend!

This cottage was so cute! It was well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. We were a quick trip from the bay and the beach. It was much better than staying in a hotel. The space allowed us to stretch out and relax with the normal amenities from home. The host was so great and helpful!

This property was perfect for our PCB vacation! It was so clean and beautiful. We loved the location - I felt like I was living with the locals, but close to everything we wanted to do. I was thrilled that we were just down the street from St. John the Evangelist and we could walk to Mass. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

This cute little house was exactly as pictures show. We loved our relaxing week there, it was just what we needed. Panama City Beaches are only about 20 minutes away and that is what we were really there for, but it was so nice to come back to a quiet, relaxing house when we were done for the day instead of a crowded, noisy hotel. We also loved that we could bring our Mini Labradoodle with us because we couldn't bring ourselves to leave her for that long. Thank you!

This is an absolutely charming cottage, tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. Very thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals, cleaning supplies and toys and games for the kids. A short walk to the bay. The very best part was that we could have our fur baby (dog) with us. We highly recommend for a family or even an older couple and their beloved pet, such as us. Ms. Kate, our host, was awesome and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home.

We were so pleased with our stay at this lovely cottage! We traveled with our 2 kids and 2 dogs and felt right at home. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of space inside and out. The bedrooms were all cozy with such comfortable beds. It is well equipped with the essentials you need. The location was great, in a quiet area right by the bay and conveniently located to stores, restaurants, beaches, and fun! The host was kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely rebook here in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

We were so grateful to have the opportunity to stay at this cottage. Very comfortable, and felt like home away from home. Being pet friendly is a huge bonus. We love the St. Andrew's area, and this home is just steps away from the bay. The home is not too far from our son who lives in Bayou George, and not too far from the beach, but far enough to avoid the crowds. The home has been updated in some rooms, but the rest of the house has original characteristics that make it just lovely, to include the exposed block/brick.

Just a wow ! Despite it being a 30 minute drive to most places and the bay having a water quality health alert. This place did not disappoint my family it was peaceful clean and pleasant my kids enjoyed the football and the neighborhood cats and lizards would highly recommend booking this cute cottage

This property was so cute and very cozy! The pictures don't do it justice. It is an older home but well maintained, clean, and very inviting. My family and our dog,Josie, stayed for 3 nights to attend my grandma's funeral, and it was exactly what we needed. Kate was very kind and responsive. I would definitely book here again in the future!

This home and property was fantastic. Charming home with well thought out appeal in a great location to stay close or go out and enjoy the area. We LOVED the close by private like little bay beach right down the street. And short rides to both Panama City and St. Andrews. We're so glad we found this place and would definitively come back here. Our host was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Some folks just give out 5 stars because they think 4 stars is insulting. This one is a Five Star.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Plenty of room for our party of four but was enough easily for 6. We will definitely book again on our next trip. This property is 15-20 from Panama City are beaches and only a 10 minute walk to St Andrew’s Bay. Minutes to downtown Panama City restaurants and shopping. Our host was always available when we had questions before arrival and the whole time during our stay.

House is in a quiet neighborhood. Adorable little older home. Check events in the area. Downtown PC and St Andrews had market day on saturday. There is an arcade and pub in PC if you have kids or a kid at heart and wanna reminisce. We had 2 pets with us and it was nice to have the yard fenced it to let them run around. Small bay beach across Scenic 98 within walking distance.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house itself was absolutely adorable, so cute, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our kids had the best time in the game room, and it kept us all entertained. Between the games inside and all the outdoor games available, there was never a dull moment. We also loved having access to a fire setup, which made for such a relaxing and memorable evening.The property is pet-friendly, with a fully fenced yard, which was helpful. The location is fantastic too, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it’s also just a short drive to many of the beaches, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do.On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and family-friendly getaway!
