Welcome to The Shores of Panama Unit 111 - Newly Renovated, Privately Owned, 1st Floor Condo with one of the best parking spots at the resort. No waiting on elevators or weaving through the parking garage. Sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms. Gorgeous views of the 10,000 Sqft. lagoon pool and the Gulf. Walk out the front door and be at the pool or the beach within seconds. The pool deck has a Tiki Bar and walk-up food shack. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or make your favorite cocktail. Free WiFi and cable TV.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bath, closet and a 40" TV. The Family room has plenty of seating with a full-size couch, loveseat, bar stools and a 42" TV. The bunk room has twin bunk beds, closet and a full bath attached.

The famous Pineapple Willy's is next door within walking distance along with several other restaurants, grocery stores and any other convenience you could need.

We are confident that you will enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do!!!

In order to enjoy all the amenities the Shores of Panama has to offer, there is a one-time $90 resort fee collected by the concierge upon arrival. This provides you with all the required bracelets that give you full access to the resort along with your parking pass that ensures you and only you can take advantage of your very own premier parking space.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Brad was a great host, friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Convenient location, once you park you never need to leave the property if you don’t want to. Security is available and visible throughput our stay, no one was getting in unless they belonged there. I love the convenience of the first floor, the pool bar, the pool grill, the lobby donuts, the lobby ice cream - it was perfect Our host Brad was just the best, very informative and kind - we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Brad was fantastic to work with, communication was prompt, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. The first-floor condo and nearby parking made loading and unloading a breeze, which was especially convenient for our family. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Brad was an excellent host! Great communication, clean condo, and the convenience factor of first floor AND the designated parking spot being a 15 second walk from the door is unmatched! Those two factors make this condo a front-runner for “best of” in Shores of Panama!

Parking was very secure, we had a pool view but not the ocean view we were on the 1st floor...the condo was great we loved the pool but it could've used another outdoor hot tub for how big of a complex the hot tub was always full...the owner was very accessible through text I would recommend this condo for a vacation!

We came for spring break with our three kids and had a blast. I talked to Brad on the phone before check-in and he made sure our stay was perfect. The parking spot is so close and the walk out to the pool takes about 20 seconds and the beach is right there too. Very convenient spot! It would be a perfect room for people with mobility issues too.

This was the most convenient place to stay. First floor, perfect parking spot, bed was comfortable, very clean with excellent water pressure.This was our best ever vacation.The owner (Brad) was awesome. Most definitely will be staying here again.

Wonderful condo and beautiful beach!!

The condo was excellent and on the first floor with easy access to parking and the pool and steps to the beach!! Close to great restaurants as well. Owners couldn’t be nicer or more attentive to the needs and wants of the people staying there. We had a great time and will be back!! Thank you so much Brad for having such an awesome place to make memories.

Great stay!

The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked on us during our stay. No elevator needed and perfect location to the pool. Best parking spot too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
