Upscale Unit 3 at Perrin Place

This newly renovated apartment features all modern amenities. Open concept living at its finest. Three adequately sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax and/or have your morning coffee on the front porch. Two of the bedrooms are centered by a modern bathroom while the main bedroom will allow you to release the days stresses in its en-suite steam shower. The kitchen is beautifully designed with ample space at the quartz topped center island. This unit is our latest and best designed. Close to public transportation, highway access, and many of Boston's reputable hospitals. Not to mention less than ten minutes from airport and the center of Boston and all its attractions.

The right place for the four of us to stay as we celebrated graduation for my niece. Plenty of parking, kitchen was well equipped and the place was nicely decorated and very quiet.

Stayed here with online friends to meet up for the first time for a convention event, was an absolutely lovely stay, made lots of memories, absolutely no complaints. Would 100% stay at this property again. Thank you for having us!

We were not disappointed! Great location, neighborhood and property. Greatest of all was meeting John! We all agreed it would be amazing to make our way back there again. We had a beautiful time in a beautiful place. Highly recommend!

The unit in the house itself is well-appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable.Pros: -Beautiful house!-All modern amenities make it a comfortable stay —The home is well-decorated and spacious-Excellent air-conditioning despite high ceilings and hot weather-Close to major areasCons:-While immediate street was okay, the neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges. ——Please note: Both sides of the street have (different) cleaning schedules and the signage is not clearly visible for the opposite side - hence we got towed with a hefty fine. -Host communication could be better.

This was a nicely remodeled unit in a mixed use neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable and the setup was very nice. Street parking was fine, we didn’t have any problems. I would stay here again.

Thank you Sheila, We are glad that the unit fit your family well. (I find myself repeating this all too often) I’m not sure of your expectations, but this is an inner city neighborhood in Boston. It is also a college town. It’s a multicultural neighborhood with many people w/mixed and diverse backgrounds. Your family had no issues while staying here, yet somehow you didn’t feel completely safe? As a retired law enforcement officer I chose to live in the area with my family for many reasons, a lack of safety wasn’t one of them. Thank you again for your honest review.

Beautiful Home

The home is beautiful! The steam shower in the master bath was a great bonus. We loved our stay and plan to revisit this property on future trips to the Boston area!

Beautiful, open, inviting place.

The building was beautifully renovated. Check in was easy and there was ample free parking on the street. Minor issue with the thermostat which was resolved with the landlord quickly and completely. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Boston for Spring Break

The place was beautiful, felt brand new. We were very comfortable. We parked out rental car out front on the street-it was convenient.

Amazing place!

This property was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, with 3 great sized comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. John was a great host, super responsive and worked with us for an early check in when our flight plans got changed. He was awesome! Just a quick Uber ride to Fenway and downtown. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Beautiful rental

The interior was wonderful and the amenities were great. Especially liked the steam shower. Off street parking would have been great. Neighborhood is going thru a redevelopment.
