Enjoy this newly updated inverted house which is nestled in among the trees overlooking a fabulous view of Grand Lake St. Mary's. You can enjoy lake access right outside your door or stay in and relax by the fireplace and enjoy the views.

This is a three story property with the garage, bonus family room, kitchenette and full bath on the first floor. Walk up one level to the 2nd floor living and dining area, as well as the kitchen and laundry room. A half bath and large Master Bedroom with en suite Master Bathroom are also found on the 2nd floor. A favorite room of the house is a screened in porch tucked between the trees which overlooks the lake.
The 3rd level features two bedrooms and a full bath. There is an oversized bedroom with a king bed and and a queen bedroom with a walk out balcony in the tree tops on the 3rd level.

The home is tastefully decorated and complete with smart TVs and Wi-Fi access in all the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare your favorite meal or you may also choose to grill outdoors. A foosball table, cornhole boards and bicycles are available as well as many board games to play during your stay. Always a relaxing time soaking in all nature watching and lake views this property offers.

Family Getaway

This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!

Weekend away!

This place is great!!!!! Very conveniently located to lots to do. Perfect place for a last getaway with our 2 girls before they leave for college. The host was very responsive. We would definitely rent this place again.

Hospitality at it's finest!

If I could rate this property a 10 out of 10 I would! The host was extremely accommodating, and the home was beyond beautiful. Not only did the host provide the basics, she went above and beyond. From the extra toothbrushes, Q-tips, and makeup remover pads in the bathrooms to the assorted coffee, mixed nuts, and condiments in the kitchen, this host did not miss a beat!. The location of this home is perfect. Not too far from town, but just far enough to escape the ‘hustle and bustle’ of the city, not to mention the water inlet in the backyard. About 15 mins away are many restaurants, a Walmart, fast food, and even a place to rent pontoon boats out on the beautiful lake. We ended our last night with a peaceful bonfire out back (sticks to roast marshmallows and hog dogs were provided for us to use). To be noted: We have a 16-year-old son who loved the fact he had the whole bottom level of the home to himself. There is a small pull-out couch, a refrigerator, a Smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower, all on the lower level. It was basically like his own apartment. Another feature we loved was the huge screened-in porch. We sat out there every evening and listened to the water crashing on the shore. It was beyond relaxing. I’m sure there are many features I’m not including, as this review is already long, but if you have any hesitation, trust me and book this property. It honestly felt like a visit to a family member’s home instead of a trip in a VRBO.

Northern vacation

Probably one of the nicest houses we ever stayed in. Lake channel right behind the house and lake 50 yards away. Yard was beautiful, views were beautiful and just a really nice relaxing getaway house. Hope to get to stay again next year.

I would give the place 6 out of 5, but it looks like I can't. Compared to other places we went to, this house and its management go above and beyond. to say the least, my wife was amazed by how the house was clean and how it was well prepared. great job and thanks for having us

Nice house on the lake

Nice house. Perfect size, clean, well stocked. We loved the layout of the house, large windows with lake views and the screened porch. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Overall, a peaceful, lovely lakeshore house.

Weekend getaway

Our group of seven adults loved the place. Very clean and spacious. Loved the screened in porch with a view of the lake. Karla was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. Well equipped kitchen. The little extras were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, beautiful lake

Our family (6 adults, 2 children) gathered here for 3 nights. Everything was clean and ready for us. Plenty of room. We loved the second story screened porch with a view of the lake. We might rent this property again next time our family is together.

Beautiful Weekend

The house was beautiful and stocked with all of the essentials. Check-in was a breeze. Checking our requirements were well communicated and sensible. Some rentals are demanding with check-out procedures...not the case here. Access to the water was. a huge plus. The lake is beautiful...perfect for kayaking, fishing, taking out a pontoon, etc.

Beautiful lake view home

I was a little concerned driving to the property because of all the mobile homes - but was pleasantly impressed with the rental. The home is beautiful! The decorative style is pretty. It bright and welcoming. Perfect for a family. The view from the backyard is amazing. Especially at sunset. The homeless has everything you need - just remember to bring shampoo. 😊 We will return.
