This year was the 4th time we’ve stayed at this property. It has become an annual girls/kids trip for us - We all LOVE it! It’s perfect, the house itself is clean, very nice and modern kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms very nice and very comfortable. You are literally steps from the ocean! The house is equipped with a ton of water toys (padel boards, kayaks, chairs, etc). You can see the ocean from the couch, it’s truly paradise! Very relaxing and so much fun for the kids as well.

Beautiful location and penthouse. Absolutely perfect for our trip. Everything provided allowed us to enjoy the trip more than we expected, including beach toys. Easy communication with Host.

We had so much fun staying here. Perfect location right on the sand. Also had so much beach stuff - toys, chairs etc - for us to use.

Perfect location for kids

We had a blast at this location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our family. Kids had a blast on the beach as well!

A Great Staycation

Had such a great stay here! The house is very well decorated and has plenty of windows and fans, lots of room inside, and is in a perfect location in Long Beach. The check-in process was a breeze - would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately these people identified themselves as first responders. As a retired first responder, they don’t qualify. They broke the blind rods in 2 bedrooms, ruined 5 towels, and left our home completely trashed. Stay away from her!!!! We have nothing but 5 star reviews. We were picked to be on a syndicated TV show about the best vacation rentals in CA. Ambulance chaser, house trashed.

Great location, cute place

Great location, place was beautiful and communication with the hosts was excellent. Loved how they have kayaks available and beach toys for the kids. A little pricey but honestly worth every penny.

Beautiful all around

The home was amazing. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The view of the bay was outstanding and being right on the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot for a getaway. This is a super comfortable well appointed property. The view is perfect - the bay so near with the sparkling holiday lights was magical and the snow capped mountains beyond...We loved walking around the bay and ocean side boardwalks. Chris was very responsive when we had inquiries. We'll be back!

Great Long Beach location!!

Great location and family vacation friendly unit. Met our needs for three couples for our nearby graduation ceremonies. Not far from many restaurants.. walking distance.

Perfect Quiet Location

This rental is the 2nd level of the home and is a wonderful location right on the sand and water of the bay. It was so quiet and honestly the bay is a much better choice for us than the ocean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Peace on the Beach

The best place to stay for family fun and relaxation. The condo is comfy, and the gentle bay was perfect for building sand castles, kayaking and paddle boarding! Having the beach toys at the property was so amazing. The best CA vacation we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot!

Hosts are quick to communicate and check-in was easy. The place is immaculate and was perfect for my family's stay for a wedding at Wayfarers Chapel up the coast. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the view is incredible (especially with the snowy mountains)! Overall pleased with our stay.

Excellent location and 5 star on property

The property was in great condition and Chris was very attentive from booking to reminding me how to enter the code for an electronic check-in. Other have stated concerns about parking, but half the garage worked out great.
