Our home is the perfect spot to enjoy all the Green Valley has to offer-with great mountain views and close proximity to shops and restaurants you will love your stay with us. This home features a fully remodeled primary bath, new flooring throughout, fresh paint, and so much more. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. Two large living areas give you plenty of space to relax. Please note this is 55+ active adult community, which does require one guest to be 55 or older.

Perfect relaxed setting

Our stay was wonderful. The mountain views from the front room are amazing and the house was so cozy and comfortable. The host had great communication throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean, fully equipped & welcoming. The host was prompt about responding to any questions. Check in & out was quick & easy. Everything about our stay in Green Valley was wonderful! I would recommend this place & would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding very nice and towels were top quality. The host was very easy to contact and quickly responded to our concerns. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Lovely house and location

Very quiet neighborhood, house was very comfy and super clean. Host left some goodies for us, and made sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic spacious rental.

We were delighted with spacious beautifully decorated house. The Mountain Views were fantastic. Furniture very comfortable.

Green valley house

Perfect location very clean and just felt like at home. Had everything you need I recomend it to anyone travelling to Green valley or Tucson

Great space and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's house in Green Valley. Communication was great, check-in was easy, the house is spacious and very clean! We have family that lives in the same neighborhood so walking back and forth was so nice. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

Very clean property, best beds and pillows ever. No soap or shower gel in bathrooms. Very slippery floor in guest bedroom. Not safe for the elderly!

Great central location in the community and to all of Green Valley & Sahuarita

Enjoyed the spacious home with amazing mountain views of the Santa Rita’s. Home is well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Just bring your own spices for cooking. A lovely basket of goodies welcomes you to this home. The dining room and separate living room is spacious and affords mountain views as well. The salt water heated swimming pool is a less than 5 minute walk away from the home and is most relaxing. Manuel’s restaurant is a short 15-20 minute walk as well.

We were able to stay at your rental in Green Valley, Az in late May. Just want you to know the rental home was beyond comfortable and accommodating. It was sparking clean and furnished just right. The kitchen was also equipped well so we were not lacking in the ability to prepare our meals. We were even able to pick some lemons and oranges which we enjoyed eating. Thanks again for such a lovely retreat. You may see us back again. Have a good summer. Janice G and friends
