Fully furnished eight year old house, has 62" TV in living area and 40" TV in Master bedroom. Internet, WiFi, and cable TV is supplied, has new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Green valley recreation facilities are available for renters for a fee. This retirement area has all the amenities you will need and then sum. Also it is only 30 miles from Tucson, AZ. We live in Green Valley and can answer any questions you might have at anytime Terry Ridenour.

Wonderful property, quiet and private, home provides everything you'd need for a stay. Use of the garage was a plus. I had my small dogs with me and the fenced back yard was perfect for them. Anamax dog park is just 10 minutes away. Use of Green Valley Rec centers (pools) was available which my teenaged granddaughter appreciated when she visited. Communication with owners was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

Stay was enjoyable with lots to do.

Property was clean and secure in a good location close to everything. The rear patio was nice for just sitting and enjoying your morning coffee.

Las Campanas Getaway

Terrell and Eileen did a fantastic job of furnishing their house with everything a guest might want or need during a stay at their property. It's a great location near many activities and close to shopping. We would definitely stay at their property again if available when we visit Green Valley.

November Visit

Beautiful rental house in an ideal location. Near all Green Valley amenities. Owner was very helpful in making arrangements with GVR for temporary pass. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving in Green Valley

Property was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, mattresses, and minimally decorated which was great because of our pre-school aged grandson. What decor there is was tasteful and welcoming. Very clean, too. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Terrell & Eileen were great hosts who provided everything we needed in their home. We enjoyed a nice relaxing stay in their home which is fairly new & located in a quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to renting from Terrell & Eileen again in the future!

The Jewel of Las Campanas

For the second year in a row we enjoyed the luxury of staying at this home. Everything is always "Just Right" The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to things to do. We have said many times that we wish we could live here year round.

Just unpack your suitcase— fully equipped and supplied. Ultra clean, quiet neighborhood, walk out the door and see mountains and desert birds. Perfect property and location.

Great inventory of kitchen ware— dishes, glassware, pots and pans. Tastefully decorated. All you have to do is shop for food and you’re set to enjoy your stay.

We enjoy everything about Green Valley and all its Amenities. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area and the rental house. My Wife (Eileen) and I (Terry) would not live anywhere else in the world.
