This beautifully updated multi-level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 8, featuring 2 king beds, a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, plus two single cots for added flexibility. Situated on the top floor of the building, it boasts a private balcony with peaceful views of tall pines and the surrounding mountains, along with an electric grill for outdoor cooking. Enjoy a quiet, relaxing mountain atmosphere while staying just minutes from all the amenities and activities the resort has to offer.
Upon entry, you’ll find a bench and a closet – perfect for stowing gear and getting ready for the day. The cozy living area features comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a mounted flat-screen TV. Natural light pours in through large windows offering serene views, and a charming window nook provides the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee while soaking in the scenery. Step out onto the private balcony for fresh mountain air, outdoor seating, and an electric grill.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease. It now features upgraded utensils, new pots and pans, baking dishes, an air fryer, blender, and hand mixer. You’ll also find a selection of spices, tea, and coffee (usually stocked), as well as both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. Quartz countertops and updated stainless steel appliances elevate the space, while the open layout allows you to enjoy the company of others as you cook. The adjacent dining area seats four with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, all with scenic views from nearby windows.
On the main level, you’ll find the first guest bedroom and a primary suite. The main-level primary suite includes a luxurious king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The private en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and quartz countertops. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, and enjoys forested mountain views. A guest bathroom just outside the room includes a water closet for privacy and stylish quartz counters.
Upstairs, the spacious top-floor primary suite provides a serene retreat with a king-sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and its own sitting nook. The en suite bathroom features double sinks with quartz countertops and a separate water room with a walk-in shower. Two single cots are stored in the closet for additional sleeping arrangements. For added convenience, this suite also includes a private washer and dryer.
Throughout the condo, guests will appreciate thoughtful extras like cozy lux knotty blankets, space heaters, and humidifiers – making your mountain getaway as comfortable as it is memorable.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
