Wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time in Saratoga at this beautiful home. We went up to celebrate thanksgiving with family. The house was very charming and comfortable. It is spacious and convenient to all Saratoga has to offer. We had a small issue with the television but the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Saratoga.

Great stay at the Front Porch

The house is very conveniently located, was very clean and perfect for a stay long or short term. I would stay again for sure!

Summer visit

Overall this was a great property. Clean and redone. Very comfortable. It is an older house so you know squeaky floors, could hear traffic outside more, etc. Just the normal for an older house. Parking spot was nice to have. There is a VRBO upstairs and it could potentially be noisy if you had really loud people up there but we were fortunate to not have that happen. Loved the porch to sit on. It wasn't too far of a walk to Broadway. It was a bit further than I would probably do again but the upside is we could also walk to Saratoga Springs State Park on the trails. And a grocery store is right down the street. We had a good stay for a week.

Bedrooms

The property manager was very responsive,however it doesn’t not really sleeps six people.the closet door in the bathroom almost fell on my daughter.And we we’re getting random complaints by neighbors about the noise when we we’re barely loud because we had a infant in the house so we planned on keeping the noise down to a minimum.it really made my family uncomfortable.There was no extra tissue in the home we had to go out and supply our own.

Lovely home in Saratoga Springs

Lovely, spacious, and immaculate home that exceeded our expectations! Kristin was fantastic, super helpful and accommodating. I’d highly recommend, especially for those in need of a dog-friendly property. Great location in a lovely neighborhood close to Broadway.

Short Saratoga Stay

This is a very new and nice apartment. Very big in the inside. It’s a couple blocks from shops/park on broadway and under a mile from the track. It is on the south end of Broadway which isn’t as nice as the north side but it was fine.

Convenient Location For All Things Saratoga

We had a great stay at The Front Porch! If you are looking for convenience and being able to pretty much walk everywhere then this is the perfect location. Being from the city we are used to car traffic/noise - if you are not & looking for a country setting I would be aware that it is a busy street. The house is beautifully renovated and the kitchen & bathroom were fully stocked with all the necessities. We will most definitely stay with Kristin again when we return to Saratoga!

Perfect for our girls trip

This house was great. It was close to downtown. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The grocery store was at the end of the street, so we went out for dinner one night and made dinner one night. Had more than enough linens, the beds were extremely comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again! There was great communication prior to arriving and check in was very simple. Would highly recommend!

Satisfying trip to Saratoga Springs!

Kristin is a great host and the property has been beautifully renovated on the inside. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and everything was a 10 minute drive or less that we needed to go to. We would definitely check for availability if we are back in the area! Thank you Kristin!
