Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants/shopping! Inside was welcoming, clean, and spacious! Stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to checkin a little early which worked out great. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

The location was great and the house was immaculate. Nick and Lynn are amazing hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our skidmore reunion and it was perfect for our two families with young children. It is a beautiful apartment with comfortable bedding and lots of spaces to gather! We loved the walking proximity to broadway and the short drive to campus. It was an excellent stay!

Fantastic convenient central location. Great roomy comfortable nicely renovated unit. Friendly, responsive, cooperative owner. Great choice for Saratoga Springs which is a fun town with limited hotel options.

Great Stay!

I highly recommend staying at this property! The location is perfect for walking to shopping, dining and after dining in Saratoga. The unit is very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the towels were thick - everything is in quality condition. The property owners were very easy to work with and gave us lots of information about the area. I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Our family was visiting Saratoga for a chess tournament in the nearby citi center. This property is centrally located, and is within minutes walk to downtown and great restaurants. It is located in a quiet street and has great amenities - fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and very comfortable beds. We recommended this property for anytime visiting Saratoga!

The property was fantastic. Probably the best feature is the proximity to Broadway and downtown Saratoga. Our group walked for coffee every morning and dinner each night. We did drive to the track, though, when we went.The condo is modern and clean. It was nice to have parking right there on the property. We did have 10 people for a few of the nights, and it worked, but the place is better suited for 8, mostly because of the 4 private bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Nick was super easy to work with and check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend and would stay again with no hesitation.

The unit is perfectly equipped in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable. Bedding and towels plenty.Location is perfect not loud or busy but just 2 short blocks to restaurants and shops.5 minute über to the track. Hosts were terrific surprised us with unexpected treats and recommendations.

Property could not have been better located! It was just a few minute walk to the main street/shopping, but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The kitchen was well appointed and the house had all the amenities you could need.The only recommendation we would make is adding blinds to the door in the cute bedroom with the wet bar to block lights at night.We are already talking about returning for a girls trip and would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!!
