There is a bags game, 2 grills, and a fire-it for the cooler Delray nights. Lounge under the beautifully lit pergola or walk a few blocks to all that makes Delray the #1 beach town in Florida.
Brand new duplexes have high end appliances, 55" TV in LVRM 48" in bedrooms. Each unit has a private patio, The units are super clean, spacious, have in unit laundry, and fully stocked with all natural shampoo/conditioner/body soap, spices, coffee, cookware and utensils. Come for a few days, stay for a few months.

Each unit has 1 dedicated parking spot. There are 3 guest spots that are first come first served.
Only 3 blocks to the heart of all the fun in Delray (Johnny Brown’s, etc), 2 blocks from he HOT Delray Market Place Food/Bar Hall, and 15 min walk to the beach!
You do not need a car in Delray, you are walking distance to everything, or or use the free golf cart service to beach and entertainment: Download the Freebee app here: ridefreebee.com
Cribs and Pack-n-plays can be arranged at an additional cost.
The Guest Manual Binder is on the desk in the living room. The hot water is delivered on demand through the tankless water heater. If it's cold outside, run water for a few minutes, it will get hot quickly. Please keep the AC/Heaters no lower then 65 degrees or they will freeze up.
