Phil, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Pool heat is an added amenity and there is an additional charge for guests, as mentioned in the listing. We do provide a starter pack of dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and trash bags; after the starter pack guest are expected to purchase their own preference of these items, as stated in the rental agreement. We are sorry that you felt this was not the best stay, but we hope to be able to host you again and give you a better experience. Thank you.
