Designed by an award-winning architect, we invite you to enjoy the calm, soothing atmosphere of their sleek, modern home. This house is just a two-minute bike ride along the path to the spectacular, unspoiled white sandy beaches of Rosemary Beach. It is also just a few short blocks to Rosemary’s four private pools, playground, tennis courts, spa, restaurants, and shops.

This house is excellent for a large family, two families, a group of friends, or a business retreat. It has a master suite with a king bed/private bath/balcony, a first guest room with king & a second guest room with queen & shared bath, and a loft that sleeps an additional four-six people. Even with a full house, the large patio/pool area plus the almost one thousand square feet of spacious outdoor porches and balconies give this cottage ample places to relax, read, entertain, sunbathe, or escape.

It has a large front porch with a bubbling fountain at the end, and it overlooks a lawn, an excellent place for bocce. Also, there is a large covered wooden balcony above, which is off the front master; plus, a large sun deck overlooking the pool is off the back master.

The interior offers an atmosphere of light, glass, limestone, and wood. The 1st floor is an open plan combining the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The large living room doors fold back, making an open flow from the front porch to the pool/patio area.

Great Family Vacation

House well equipped with everything we needed. Really enjoyed the pool, grill and biking through the tree-lined paths to the beach.

Rosemary Beach house

Perfect location for easy access to the Square. Walk to the beach was short as well. Private pool was nice. Plenty of parking.

This was a beautiful, modern pool home. Short walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Good location

Good location but the kitchen is not well stocked. Management was quick to respond when the coffee carafe was broken. Light in the vanity upstairs was out, they came to fix it right away. Kitchen utensils are very worn and need to be replaced. The kitchen layout is awkward

The kitchen was well stocked and the home felt clean. The home is in such a great location, this is our 2nd stay at Astley and we wouldn't hesitate to rent again. I would recommend some new pillows in the master though. But all in all a great and perfect stay!!

Family thanksgiving at the beach !

We have been coming down for thanksgiving for the past 6 years but this was the first time we had our family meet us down there. This house was great for multiple families. Lots of space. The kitchen is equipped nicely and the pool was the best part of course. I would recommend this home !

perfect family vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We have been to 30A a couple of times, but never stayed in Rosemary Beach, it was perfect for our family, as our children are ages 20, 25, and 28. this property was the perfect location, steps from the square and easy to get to the beach. The house is really fun, clean and well stocked. the second floor shared bath is a little bit odd, would be tough for 2 couples to share, but not a huge deal. Overall, I highly recommend this home and the service we received from the rental company was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very good experience overall. The house location is fantastic and easy to get to all of the main activities within Rosemary Beach. My only two complaints would be the inability to adjust the air conditioning upstairs and all of the bed mattresses need to be upgraded...very poor sleeping for all of us. But, we loved the house and would recommend.

Our maintenance staff has installed new thermostats in this home. The previous thermostats had a temperature range to prevent the HVAC components from freezing if set too low. The bedding is brand new as of this year; we also understand that every guest's level of sleeping comfort is different. Architectural gem in heat of Rosemary Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house positioned right behind main square in Rosemary beach. Relaxed modern design is well appreciated and offers comfort in style. Large multi bed loft bunk and three additional rooms offer plenty of sleeping space. Quiet street but easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Only negative was home and furnishing showing signs of wear and pool was not able to be heated. Consistent, timely information from rental agency made a smooth stay. Been visiting area for years, and once again, one of my favorite houses in Rosemary Beach.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: pool is great, large outdoor space, Location of home is great, very close to Main street but far enough away to be quietCons: the design of the house is beautiful but makes the house loud and less private. The house needs some basic updates due to it’s age. Bathroom fixtures and kitchen fixtures need replacement.
