This was the perfect house for a girls weekend getaway! The house was really cute, clean, and modern, and we loved that there were four full bathrooms so we could each have our own space to get ready (very important with 5 girls!). We also discovered a Murphy bed downstairs so everyone had their own bed, which was perfect.The property is in a nice wooded community, an easy 10-15 drive from town. The hosts communicated everything ahead of time, including detailed directions and check-in instructions, so everything was a breeze! We also appreciated the detailed list of things to do in the area that the hosts shared with us. Overall we loved our time here, and are looking forward to a return visit! Thank you so much, Katie and Jimmy!

A lovely property, well maintained, peaceful and relaxing setting. Bedroom set-up was very comfortable and well-suited to our group of six adults and three young children. We enjoyed the hot tub, the firepit, the community pool, the blue and white hiking trails, and Cacapon Park.

A beautiful property with an incredible screened in porch. We made use of the community pool, too, which was also very nice.Berkeley Springs is a lovely town, too. Our young children especially enjoy seeing movies at the Star Theatre.

It's a great property with excellent shared space and 4 comfortable bedrooms. The screened areas are great for enjoying morning coffee. We had a wonderful time.

Very clean and cozy cabin! It was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. We were 4 couples, and loved that this property offers nice and comfortable accomodation for couples, king and queen beds, with enough bathrooms instead of a lot of twin or bunk beds. We enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit, and enjoyed having a modern and practical kitchen.

The house was wonderful for the 6 of us including a baby. There are views of the forest at every angle and it was so peaceful. Everyone really liked the porch on the top floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay - one of the highlights was the Apple Butter festival!

Wonderful family weekend

My family and I had a terrific time in Berkeley Springs and that was in no small part due to this lovely vacation home. The property is beautifully furnished and comfortable for our group of 7 guests.

Just what we needed, relaxing & comfortable

Perfect Nature Retreat

This house is lovely and relaxing. The layout is ideal for being together with everyone - as well as for hanging out separately, when that's preferred. Our adult children loved to hang out in the hot tub, while my husband and sat on the upstairs screened porch. We had a great time here. And the beds and linens were very high-end and comfortable.

Our girl group loved our stay! Communication with the owner was outstanding. We’ve been coming to Berkeley Springs, WV for over 20 years and this home was amazing and extremely convenient to all activities. Thank you for an amazing time. Looking forward to a future stay!!

Relaxing getaway in the trees

Nice place and responsive owner

We had a great three day stay at this property with friends. It is in a great location with lots of nice walks in easy reach. The owner is super responsive (we had a couple of minor issues and she was very responsive very quickly). Definitely recommend this house!

Our stay was lovely! It was a great time to turn off devices and be with the whole family and enjoy each other’s company. The community was pretty nice and had a nice pool, and the hot tub at the home was great. There was a little confusion around the checkout procedures since the on-site instructions didn’t match the rental agreement but that was sorted pretty easily. Overall, definitely an enjoyable week!

Great property in a peaceful, relaxing setting

Beautiful property in a serene, wooded setting. The home was well equipped and ready for our stay. We loved the screened in porch where we met as a family to relax every evening with the backdrop of the sounds of the woods. Hosts were very responsive providing guidance and reminders for our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This property was the perfect place for our girls trip. 6 of us stayed (2 shared 1 room, everyone else had their own bed) and had such a relaxing and fun experience. We loved exploring Berkeley Springs- the food and atmosphere were amazing- then ending the evenings with the hot tub and movie nights. The place was clean, well stocked, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Family Reunion Trip

TreeTop is a spacious property with a well appointed kitchen, good beds, lovely screened porches (2), comfortable and stylish furniture in multiple gathering spaces. All in an upscale neighborhood in a gorgeous wooded setting. The host was very responsive to my questions and comments prior and during our stay. Just perfect for a big group, as ours was 8 plus family daytime visitors

A perfect Family Gathering!

We had the most amazing time at this property. The house truly was a luxury getaway in the hills of West Virginia! We took lots of trips in the area and enjoyed our experience! Even went to the gorgeous pool one day. The house was clean and updated and had plenty of space for our family! I would highly recommend this rental for a group of 8 to 10 people.

Amazing

This was one of the most amazing VRBO trips we have been on. The house is incredible. Immaculate, peaceful, serene, everything we were hoping it would be. Our hosts were incredibly generous and made the whole process seamless. From the hot tub to the screened in porches, everything was beautiful. We look forward to visiting again!
